Food is expensive and mediocre. Service was almost nonexistent. We had to clean and set our own table, took 10 minutes just to get our bill to pay. People were leaving because the entire back area was too cold to sit in

I went to Michael Patrick’s today July 25, 2025 around 6pm. There were people only at four tables and I made the fifth table. When the hostess sat me she took my drink order and brought it back. I waited 17 minutes and no one never showed up to my table. I finally got up and asked the hostess if they only had one server. There was a guy in a black suit at the hostess stand with her. He replied no we have two. I said well I have been sitting for 17 minutes and no one never showed. Long story short nothing was resolved and I politely went down stairs to bubba gump and got good food and excellent service.

This place is terrible. Waiting 45 mins after a simple order and they are calling names of people that are not even here. Whats going on?

Sat for 20 minutes while the waiter ignored us, obviously upset about being at work… we left and told the bartender we were leaving because of the waiters bad attitude… he said he would wait on us… He was very nice and tried to make it work… Unfortunately when he brought the food it was cold and not good…. It appeared they were way short on staffing.. 1 waiter, 1 bartender taking orders, bringing food and cleaning… Just not good… 2 star is generous…

We stay at the Golden Nugget like 3 to 4 times a year..and our favorite place to eat is Michael Patrick's..We love the nachos and wings..but this last time our nachos did not come out the kitchen good..yes I was very mad..because I love their nachos..I didn't say anything..but the manager did catch on..and she quickly came to our table to try and remedy the issue..I declined a new nachos and declined to get it comped..we paid and left...the next day we went to the To Go counter to order a late night snack..we ordered a Pizza..next thing you know the Manager comes out with some nachos too..I was happily shocked, she remembered and needed to make sure I was happy with the service..That was an amazing gesture on her part..Definitely will continue to return..Great job on your manager choice..Her name is Shamira, Supervisor.

This is one of my go to stops for my brother and I when were relaxing and having good times in Biloxi. I just need to leave a review about a very human moment that really stuck with me. i had ordered a few different items and instead of having them bagged tred to juggle everything in my hands and ended up making a bit of am mess on their just cleaned floors in the restaurant. They noticed i must of been struggling and having a bit of panic attack./anxiety moment and the staff stepped up reminding me its ok, things like this happen etc. and went on to clean up the mess i just made, the staff had a very great chemistry with one another and the manager Owen was great by offering to get me a new fresh drink after i had spilled half of mine on myself and on the floor. Overall i was having a very anxious moment and they came through and were able to get me back to normal and i feel great. i will always be a patron of this great establishment,. My visit was January 13, 2025 during the hours of 1030-11 this is a 5 star rating for the entire staff that was on the clock that night. take notice management, you got yourselves a great crew.

We had a great time at Michael Patrick's this past weekend. Mandi was fantastic, attentive, and genuinely kind! We will certainly be visiting again the next time we're there.

Sports bar and grille was way too expensive for the food to come out not fresh at all , so I brought the food back , Monica taking the order had a nasty attitude when I told her my food was not hot , she proceeded to basically tell me I’m lien and that it was fresh , she thens touches the wing to check temp which was what I said it was , then manager tells me for future reference they don’t give refunds because I declined to get my order remade due to the fact I was scared they may tamper with it since it had gotten a complaint . 0/5 would never recommend and while I was there another customer was complaining also that the food always has to be sent back when she orders . Horrible food and horrible customer service .
