I heard about this place through a guy I worked with. Drove to their location by Altered Brewery. I ordered the Trinity Meat Sampler and carried it with me to a nigh shift back in alabama. It was some of the best BBQ Ive had in a while. I shared some with my crew members and they loved it too. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. The Brisket melted in your mouth, the pulled pork was seasoned just right too. The kielbasa was also a home run.
