This ice cream shake store used to be my absolute favorite until an incident occurred involving the owner's nephew accusing me of stalking him, despite the fact that I had only seen him once in the store and I didn’t even talk to him. I had been a loyal customer for years, and even the owner acknowledged my frequent visits and encouraged me to keep coming back. However, I had never encountered this nephew until that one day. It is incredibly unfair and inappropriate for you to accuse a loyal customer like myself and share this false information with others. Being treated and accused in such a manner after years of patronage is truly disheartening.

They made me a fresh milkshake but I couldn't eat it because it tasted like metal shavings from the milkshake machine. I was very disappointed. Staff was friendly though

Decent variety of flavors, options from banana splits to milkshakes. Didn’t seem busy but there was a big group ahead of me which took a while but with one person working, it was understandable. Waffle cone was good, got big scoops.

My husband and I got peach smoothies and they are wonderful! Don't taste like syrup at all! tastes like biting into a peach. Will definitely come back for another!

Not to sound mean but the prices are outrageous, the customer service is terrible and how is an I cream shop going to have their soft serve mechine down?I work in the mall and get no discount and if you want a $5 cone of ice cream it's an extra .75 for jimmies and they don't even do hard shell or dips. I'd go to yogurt mountain in books a million, save yourself some money and get better service.Ps: their cones don't have chocolate at the bottom either.
