This was our third time eating here. The first time the food was very good (hot, seasoned well, etc), we had absolutely no complaints. The second time we had our food delivered to our home and it was pretty good for delivery. We ate at the restaurant this time and the food was very under seasoned and my husband's steak was undercooked (he ordered medium and received medium rare). We had the 6 oz and 9 oz filet mignon, spinach with mushrooms and lobster mac and cheese. None of the food was seasoned, everything was bland. Maybe it was the chef this time but we weren't pleased!

The restaurant was very dark. It did not appear that the host checked our Open Table reservation. I indicated that we were having date night. We were seated thin the main thoroughfare while other couples were placed in cozy seating in the back of the restaurant.

Our server Stephanie n her team are also above n beyond. They are professional, elegant, friendly n personable. Stephanie always makes time to chit chat with us about our well being n our life. I was expecting exceptional food and service for the price paid for the food. I was extremely unsatisfied with the service. The food was great. However, I only got a wine refill after 20 minutes of emptiness after I flagged my server down. She never cleared the first plate off of our table. Had she not spent 15 minutes at the table in the corner, she may have had a little more time to spend on our table. (I assumed they were regulars and she anticipated a larger tip as she didn't know us) She forgot to put our order in and the table next to us, that came in later than us, got their food before us. (and no it wasn't that they ordered easier food...) and she forgot to add the butter that comes with the filet mignon. With that being said, I would not go back. I get better service from Outback.

We went with our friends to enjoy the Steak and Lobster special which was very good. We like to enjoy dinner and an evening out several times a year at Morton's and always enjoyable.

The overall experience was good and we had an amazing server named Stephanie. The sides were somewhat bland, but the Brussels sprouts were very good. They give you a great amount of food and you sure will have some to take home unless you're really hungry.

Steak was awful, we go to Morton's regularly when we are in town, it's normally fabulous, not this visit. The staff was super helpful with the issue, and we weren't charged.
We did not have good luck with our steaks asked for medium pink - came out dry over cooked, and grainy ver very dry. This is the worst steak I have ever had. Very disappointing as we drove an hour to the restaurant. They had one server for all the tables, and the service was terrible, although Stephanie tried her hardest to keep up she was out of breath apologizing over and over. This is a management problem and needs more servers and check your kitchen! We will not be back

Our group of three was celebrating the birthdays of two. We reserved lobsters in advance. Two of us had the giant 2 lb lobster, one had the lobster ravioli. Our meals were absolutely delicious! Our waiter was super attentive all evening. The best service I've ever had in a restaurant.
