Mugshots Grill and Bar - Biloxi. MS

1. Only 3 employees were working (Restaurant is filled with people) 2. Food came back cold 3. To go boxe fell on the floor and employee tried to give the same that fell back to me 4. The lack of service and effort was disappointing 0/10 honestly from me. Over all experience

If I wanted a burnt burger I would have fried it myself. It won’t let me upload any pictures, I didn’t know that burnt was an option 🤷🏼‍♀️

Whenever we're in Biloxi or traveling to New Orleans, we make a stop at Mugshot. We have yet to face disappointment. I love the food, service, and lively atmosphere. I look forward to dining here many more times.

The food here was excellent and the staff did an amazing job getting our food out quickly for our large group. The restaurant was clean and well lit! Overall an excellent experience.

I sat at the bar and waited to be greeted. I didn't see a host or bartender. The 6 or 7 staff members that were there, were busy setting up for a catering event. I went to the bathroom and sat back down at the bar. Nobody ever came by so I stood up and looked at the staff setting up for the event. Nobody looked up so I left. I loved the Mugshots in Starkville. This building is too large if staff can't see guests to greet them.

Easy to get in and get a table, plenty of parking, very cold beer. Very friendly staff, there are several locations around town all good but I keep coming back here it just has a feel good vibe.

My husband and I just left the mug shots in Biloxi, we stood at the hostess desk for about five minutes. While too young women employees, studiously kept their backs to us. Have always had good service prior to this episode. So now we are heading to woodys

Burgers are mid. The Root Beer Float is a banger though! The roof of the restaurant is leaking as well.

We had a to go order on September 1st around 830pm. The young lady who took my order was very nice. She was able to answer all my questions about the menu items, which I truly appreciate! The food was good. We ordered the chicken rolls which were really good, the turkey sandwich was great and the chicken Philly. The reason for a 4 out of 5 stars is because when I think of the word Philly, I think of the hoagie bun, but here they used a sourdough bun. Never seen a bun called a Philly. Overall, it was a great eating experience! I appreciate the side to go order door, that's not popular where we live, very convenient.

I ordered for pickup and my entire order was wrong, the food was NOTHING like it used to be, then when I mentioned I ordered extra toast they made me pay more (despite asking if it was going to be extra and being told no) then waited for 15 minutes and still didn't get it. By the time I made it home my food was cold and soggy. The fact that their staff were rude and unhelpful makes me never want to eat or order food from there again.
