After being not satisfied with the quality of my food order. I called and spoke with the general manager. Who, although it being very close to close was willing to go the extra mile to get my order remade correctly. I’m SO thankful for this. For our American dollar is hard to work for! With spending about 40$ per meal I value quality over quantity of the food I buy. Again thankful for the general manager making my visit one of like to come back and enjoy!
Whenever we're in Biloxi or traveling to New Orleans, we make a stop at Mugshot. We have yet to face disappointment. I love the food, service, and lively atmosphere. I look forward to dining here many more times.
The food here was excellent and the staff did an amazing job getting our food out quickly for our large group. The restaurant was clean and well lit! Overall an excellent experience.
