Palace Buffet

Maybe it's because we went at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday, but we didn't have good experience. I wish I would have taken pictures, but I did not go there planning to do a review. Food was average at best. Fried clams and baby shrimp were cold, dry, tasteless. Catfish had good flavor, but also was dry. Much of the food appeared to have been sitting for awhile and was cold. I know the buffet closed at 9, but food should still be fresh or they should discount price at that time. My husband had pasta from pasta station. Scallops, crawfish, mushroom alfredo. The noodles didn't look as if they were drained, as the whole plate looked like a watery soup. Fried chicken and pork egg roll were good. Collard greens and corn on the cob were amazing. What was most disappointing was the service. Our waiter was polite and brought us drinks once, however it appears it's not their job to clear our plates from table. We saw other tables getting their plates cleared by busboys/girls but our dishes kept piling up. Having your cold inedible food sitting on your table is not appetizing.

Went there for lunch with a friend. The food was amazing. I usually go for the Asian and seafood stations. This time I was in the mood for meat and vegetables. The Flames station had my favorite roast beef and vegetables with jalapeño cornbread. Can’t remember his name, but the guy behind carving station is always attentive and polite. Very friendly and pleasant person. Love him. Next went to the comfort station where they have the fried chicken and the amazing vegetables. Had the fried chicken leg, which is my favorite. The mashed potatoes that have an awesome flavor. Not sure what the trick is, but they are so good always. Then finished it off with my favorite banana split pie. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Dominique at the register who is always cutting up with the Guest which we love, Oneida was our server who took extremely good care of us brought us refills without ever running out and Dawson was our busser. He stayed on top of everything clearing very friendly, great kid huge smile. Everyone there makes you feel welcomed and like family. Great job Palace Buffet.

Seems to be a very consistent good quality of food and service. This is where we eat when we visit the casinos. Great entrees and veggies. I always have the banana pudding for dessert.

Jerome our server was great, this is the most amazing buffet not just in Biloxi but at any casino I've been at. The turkey was the best i have ever had, the chef Kendall was so friendly and his staff is amazing. I would come here for the gambling but i will definitely gamble and eat here now i know how great the buffet is.A great affordable buffet. They prepared an amazing shrimp pasta with Alfredo and mushrooms. Great buffett

Visiting the Biloxi area, many Casino's no longer have a buffet that they were famous for. The Palace however has a really nice buffet, probably the best in the area along with Great Customer Service, Friendly & Helpfull Staff. The food was fresh along wioth a good variety. Many items could be cooked to order. We did the Dinner Menu and we will return on our next visit.

Worst buffet to. I don't know where best buffet came from. I will not be going back. Ribs were half cooked most of the food was cold. Needs 0 stars

Honestly the place is huge, but there is not that much choice. The only fish available was shrimps. Cold mushy shrimps that were almost not edible (not de-veined, and mushy, almost the consistency of mashed potatoes).
Stir fried noodles, or pasta. I ordered marinara pasta and I was given Alfredo with shrimps.
The dessert area was amazing tho.
I would not go again, but it was only $22 so I'm not making it a big deal.
