Definitely do not recommend. They steal your comps from you by you playing at their casino. What I mean is you’re thinking you accumulating points and they have you blacklisted from times in the past going back 10 to 20 years. According to their Host, if you play only your free play three times in a row and walk out the door they will blacklist you for live and you will not receive any more offers. So my question is why don’t they tell you this before you sit there and play three or $400 each time making you think you’re going to accumulate offers. If you’re ask me that stealing and it’s gonna be reported to the gaming commissioner because I don’t think they tolerate that. That’s also pulling the wool over your eyes. I am mad as hell about it and will not be coming back to this casino ever.

Was there for Thanksgiving and waited along time in line. The line kept moving but it still was over 2 hours. Well worth the wait! Food was delicious, the staff was still friendly and VERY efficient! I hope to make it back for another buffet before we leave in January!

First time staying at this hotel - what a pleasure to stay at a smoke free casino and hotel - Appreciated not being charged resort fees- Greeted by bellhop staff on arrival very professional and helpful- gave us a brief orientation of facility( restaurants, pool , gym) which was very helpful especially since we had not stayed there before -Eat at buffet for lunch once - Really enjoyed the “wahoo”poolside cafe and pool area
We ended up staying at the Palace Casino. The area is gorgeous with white sand beaches, water as far as you can see and fantastic bridges. After season a lot of things are closed. It was terrible hot and humid. Restaurants were so good but very pricey. Gaming is very tight too. I am in a wheelchair and most casinos lack motion detector doors to and from the parking garages. It was difficult getting around. We also made a side trip to New Orleans. We went to 9 casinos all in all. People were very nice and friendly but I doubt we'll go back. It was okay but it wasn't Vegas. At the Palace the roll in shower, that I had to sign a waiver for, flooded the entire bathroom and no squeegee. They have an incredible complicated trip to get to the pool. so many fire doors and ramps and using your room key. I was wounded by the fire door and I will have a scar for life. If the pool is on the 1st floor, why isn't the entrance on the first floor? It was a nightmare.
We came to the Palace Casino to gamble and eat at the buffet that had rave reviews. The staff were helpful and welcoming. However, the food was greatly disappointing. The only dish we found to be good was the stuffed crab. Everything else we tried was bland. The recommended prime rib was tough and lacking in flavor. There is an extensive dessert offering, and we tried several, but also found them not something we will repeat. We cannot recommend this dining venue.
Check in with Nick was perfect. He was so welcoming and accommodating. (Thank you Nick for the amazing water view!). Large, clean room with comfortable bed. So relaxing. Love the no smoking hotel/casino. Several nice restaurants on site, the best buffet!, easy parking in attached garage. We enjoyed a 1/2 day cabana at the beautiful pool. The most comfortable lounge chairs, nicely stocked refrigerator with water, soft drinks and a fruit plate! Hayleigh was the best! She took extra good care of us at the cabana. Had lunch at Yahoo snack bar at the pool. We really enjoyed the convenience of having food served here. Dined at Stacked for breakfast and also dinner. Large portions and great service. We always dine at least once at the dinner buffet. Best buffet on the coast! We love staying here. The surrounding grounds are always well taken care of. The rooms are always clean and nicely furnished. Beautiful pool area. Convenient to the main highway and the bridge to Ocean Springs. The most impressive thing is all the staff are so welcoming and they all seem to love working here.

Positives: Lobby smelled fresh and clean, I appreciate the casino being smoke free! The room was decently sized (Deluxe King). The thermostat in the room works great! The bathroom has fantastic lighting. I wish my bathroom at home had the same. I liked the magnifying mirror to the side although it would not stay upright. Decent sized closet as well. Negatives: No USB ports in the room, and the receptacles on the bedside lamps only worked on one side. The receptacles on the left side of the bed were so loose and didn’t work, and there are no wall receptacles accesible near the bed. The tub/shower needs more than a flimsy curtain. Water splashes everywhere and gets all over the floor. The bath mat just holds water and never dries out. I had to use another towel just to mop up the excess water. There are no towel racks in the bathroom, but there is one hook on the back of the door. The bed was not the most comfortable and the pillows were kind of flat. Overall: It was alright! We would possibly stay here again. Would love to see some updates to the rooms in the future.

I love the Palace Hotel and have stayed here many times through the years. The room was clean on arrival and I always appreciate the bottle of waters in the room. Had a fantastic 80 min massage in the spa. The casino itself was very clean with a hand sanitizer wipe at each slot machine. The buffet continues to give a good selection from salads to fried foods. The pool area was also relaxing, with good music playing and attentive service provided. The only area that needs improvement, and which drops my review from a 5 to a 4, is the lack of daily housekeeping. Even when requested it would not be provided. If I needed fresh towels I had to call for them, then wait in the room for them to be delivered. I had to bag my trash and put it outside the door for collection. When paying for a hotel room I’m expecting service, not a modified version doing my own housekeeping. I also find it a bit disgusting to think that others staying at a casino may have trash, such as beer bottles, leftover food, soda cans etc lying about in their rooms for days on end and attracting insects/rodents.
This casino and hotel is awesome the food was good the rooms and casino was clean and smelled fresh daily the employee were friendly great customer service this was my first time staying here but I'll definitely be back.
Difficult to get to because its on the casino floor but the service was excellent, the coffee good and the prices fair. The bakery items looked very good but we were full from the Moo-ffet
Kid-friendliness: Must be 21 to enter casino. Friendly casino staff will get security to escort you with a child to the coffee shop but cmon who the h is bringing kids to a casino?...you'd be surprised
