Maybe it's because we went at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday, but we didn't have good experience. I wish I would have taken pictures, but I did not go there planning to do a review. Food was average at best. Fried clams and baby shrimp were cold, dry, tasteless. Catfish had good flavor, but also was dry. Much of the food appeared to have been sitting for awhile and was cold. I know the buffet closed at 9, but food should still be fresh or they should discount price at that time. My husband had pasta from pasta station. Scallops, crawfish, mushroom alfredo. The noodles didn't look as if they were drained, as the whole plate looked like a watery soup. Fried chicken and pork egg roll were good. Collard greens and corn on the cob were amazing. What was most disappointing was the service. Our waiter was polite and brought us drinks once, however it appears it's not their job to clear our plates from table. We saw other tables getting their plates cleared by busboys/girls but our dishes kept piling up. Having your cold inedible food sitting on your table is not appetizing.

Went there for lunch with a friend. The food was amazing. I usually go for the Asian and seafood stations. This time I was in the mood for meat and vegetables. The Flames station had my favorite roast beef and vegetables with jalapeño cornbread. Can’t remember his name, but the guy behind carving station is always attentive and polite. Very friendly and pleasant person. Love him. Next went to the comfort station where they have the fried chicken and the amazing vegetables. Had the fried chicken leg, which is my favorite. The mashed potatoes that have an awesome flavor. Not sure what the trick is, but they are so good always. Then finished it off with my favorite banana split pie. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Dominique at the register who is always cutting up with the Guest which we love, Oneida was our server who took extremely good care of us brought us refills without ever running out and Dawson was our busser. He stayed on top of everything clearing very friendly, great kid huge smile. Everyone there makes you feel welcomed and like family. Great job Palace Buffet.

Visiting the Biloxi area, many Casino's no longer have a buffet that they were famous for. The Palace however has a really nice buffet, probably the best in the area along with Great Customer Service, Friendly & Helpfull Staff. The food was fresh along wioth a good variety. Many items could be cooked to order. We did the Dinner Menu and we will return on our next visit.

The Palace Casino Breakfast Buffet is one of a kind. From 6-1030 am only on Sat/Sun. The homemade cheese grits is one my favor. Fresh fruits, fresh veggies omelette in from of you. Is all I need. And fresh juice start day after a good workout.

We came to Biloxi for the first time a few weeks ago and stayed at a different casino resort, but everyone said to go to the Palace. They were right! We enjoyed our entire experience so much that we came back here specifically to stay, play, and eat at the Palace. This time around we were able to try their breakfast, lunch and dinner. All the food was great but it’s really the people that stand out and make this place the best. Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy working for the company, so they are doing something right!

The worst buffet we've ever had. Stayed 3 nights at Palace casino 1 buffet visit was enough. Seafood stale, over cooked, cold. Even the desserts were bad. Will not recommend. Service awful.

We were in town 2 weeks and ate here 3 times. Food, Service, and Value all Great ! Desserts are fantastic. I would have eaten here every meal, but my wife isn't a buffet fan.

Surprised it’s top rated. They have no non dairy milks, oh sorry they have almond. That’s all. The rest probably tastes great but this is unhealthy food. Couldn’t try a coffee because they had no milk for me. Woman I asked seemed like she didn’t like me for asking, was pretty rude. No food at this hotel and no coffee, beds are so hard. Spent $77 on the buffet for 2 adults 1 kid, ate a bowl of rice, my kid ate broccoli… this is awful. The minute you walk outside people are smoking.

Food was horrible, bland, cold and stale. It's not handi cap accessible, and in the 95 mins we were there waiting on 1 item to come out we recieved 0 beverage refills. If I were a critique 1 of 5 *

Definitely do not recommend. They steal your comps from you by you playing at their casino. What I mean is you’re thinking you accumulating points and they have you blacklisted from times in the past going back 10 to 20 years. According to their Host, if you play only your free play three times in a row and walk out the door they will blacklist you for live and you will not receive any more offers. So my question is why don’t they tell you this before you sit there and play three or $400 each time making you think you’re going to accumulate offers. If you’re ask me that stealing and it’s gonna be reported to the gaming commissioner because I don’t think they tolerate that. That’s also pulling the wool over your eyes. I am mad as hell about it and will not be coming back to this casino ever.
Was there for Thanksgiving and waited along time in line. The line kept moving but it still was over 2 hours. Well worth the wait! Food was delicious, the staff was still friendly and VERY efficient! I hope to make it back for another buffet before we leave in January!
