Pizza was still not delivered after over two hours of waiting manager was absolutely horrible and not helpful I don’t recommend you waste your money here

I made a mobile order. Pizza I received was barely covered with any toppings. It looked like it was just thrown together. I called and got a replacement but it was no better. Thrown together and the crust came out tough. It was definitely digusting.

I have been ordering from this location for years. It has been through different Management a few timesAnd service wasn't as great at times. In the past 2 years I couldn't be happier with fresh Ingredients and friendly service. I absolutely love christie and she does an awesome job OF taking care of her customers. I totally recommend giving Papa John's Pizza on Pass Road in Biloxi a try.

There very rude never answer the phone this business needs to be shut down it’s corrupt
Pouring down rain outside. And they just left it on the ground outside. Nobody knocked or anything. Box is completely soaked. Hopefully, the oven can make it a little less soggy now.

Orders going through before 11pm but you have to call before 1040pm but yet it will be a call center apprently their own call center doesnt know what time they close will maybe it's because you arent supposed to close til 11pm not 1030 1040 like you own papa johns so, also the order went through after apprently their system was already shut down but the order still went through, also they will close and call you 20 minutes before they are supposed to if you call literally 15 minutes before actual close and your order goes through literally at 1057 1058 they will call you while their mouth is full of food disgusting... so maybe close at your correct time cause you cant shut down your system til 11pm exactly that's why it went through it's a preventative so papa John's doesnt lose business but when you hire people who dont take their jobs seriously enough that's what happens

I am a customer of your biloxi pass road location. I placed an order around 430pm Sunday evening. The driver arrived 15 min later than the latest time of the tracking app. Which was fine. When he arrived around 545 pm he arrived with out my order. He said someone gave him the incorrect bag. He called his manager Christy. When he was done speaking with his manager, he admitted his honest mistake and apologized. He said our order will be free of charge. He told me that he is going to remake our order and have it delivered asap. It is now 630 pm. I called the store to confirm that our order will still be delivered and that the money was pending from my bank account and I wanted to confirm that i will not be charged. The manager Christy said that she doesn’t know why he said it was free of charge, she said she did not tell him that. She said that I would be charged. She was extremely abrasive and unprofessional. I understand finding help is difficult but your manager Christy needs more training related to customer service. I am upset that she is not honoring what the young man told me. I am also upset that she spoke to me in the manner she did. I understand the young man made an honest mistake and was not upset at all when he said he would make it right.Update:I am sitting here 2 hours past the time of my initial order and the driver finally arrived, with the wrong order again!!!!Christy is an incompetent manager and has zero customer service skills. My husband called to let her know and she did not take any responsibility again. Hopefully my card isn’t charged for this ridiculous fiasco. My family and I are going to drop these three disgusting pizzas off to the homeless to see if they like Alfredo pizza because we do not and did not order it.

Papa John’s is my favorite pizza chain, but damn, this location mostly misses the mark. Almost every order I’ve ever had for on base delivery here was late or had issues being delivered. Choose pick up or go someplace else for delivery.
