That One Food Critic 101
I've just experienced probably the worse customer service I have ever had at a restaurant 30 minutes ago at this PapaJohns. I came in to pick up an order I placed online. As I was standing there at the counter, there was a female employee folding pizza boxes sitting at a table. After waiting a while standing at the counter with her not asking me if I need help I finally say im here for a pickup. She says unless you paid online I cant cash you out with cash my manager has the till. She then proceeds to keep folding boxes and looks away. I wait a while again and ask well how do I checkout? She says well my manager has the cash till I cant check you out. Then she asks me if would I like her to go get the manager to check me out...... She continues sitting during this entire interaction. I said yes I would like to see the manager if she's the only person who can check out my order I placed online. She leaves to get the manager and the manager comes out the ring me up, she is stone faced and says nothing the entire time until the transaction is done and says a very dry thanks at the end. Needless to say customer service is clearly not a factor here and my family and I we'll be taking our business elsewhere my only regret is that I cant give this place zero stars, corporate really needs to look into the retraining of staff at this location.

I ordered via app - ordered to the base - my husband was TDY and my son was sick. They used DoorDash to deliver my pizza - however DoorDash can’t get on base. So I paid for delivery, paid a tip - and ended up having to drive to papa John’s and pick up from the dash driver. Then the next day I see papa John’s delivery truck on base delivering pizza. Help me make it make sense. If you can’t deliver on base then let it be known.

I don't know what happened, but this location used to be great. The last few times we ordered for delivery something was wrong. Wrong number of wings, wrong toppings, wrong sauce. Used to get our orders right every time, something changed, not sure if it was management

I am extremely disappointed in this locations service. I don't care how Papa Johns decides to subcontract delivery services to doordash, but if they do decide to do that, then Papa Johns needs to get the Delivery Address PIN set properly. They also need to ensure the drivers have a heating box. I shouldn't have to pay over $40 and receive my food cold.

Pizza was still not delivered after over two hours of waiting manager was absolutely horrible and not helpful I don’t recommend you waste your money here

I made a mobile order. Pizza I received was barely covered with any toppings. It looked like it was just thrown together. I called and got a replacement but it was no better. Thrown together and the crust came out tough. It was definitely digusting.

When I called they routed me to a long distance number and tried to charge me 48 dollars for a medium pineapple and Canadian bacon pizza!!!!!!

I have been ordering from this location for years. It has been through different Management a few timesAnd service wasn't as great at times. In the past 2 years I couldn't be happier with fresh Ingredients and friendly service. I absolutely love christie and she does an awesome job OF taking care of her customers. I totally recommend giving Papa John's Pizza on Pass Road in Biloxi a try.
