First time at this new papa John's location and everything is great. Young lady taking order was super helpful. Pizza is the best I've ever got. Plenty of topping plus crust was perfect. I'll be going here from now on.

I ordered 8 wings for delivery, it was passed to doordash. I only received 6 wings. I called papa johns and they had me a 8 piece wing delivered to me in 15 minutes. problem was solved immediately!! great job.

Honest Aspie Review: I don't usually recommend, rate, or review places I go unless I am absolutely sure they are wonderful and Aspie (ASD/Autism Spectrum Disorder) Friendly. You can find great pizza here, there's always deals Monday - Sunday and the cheese (For all the Aspies) comes out perfectly melted mmm. Usual wait time is 10 minutes but sometimes it doesn't even take that. Oh and there's an app!!! #AspiesUnite

Cody was so sweet. He insisted on helping me carry my food out to my truck. He noticed my ducks so we talked about them and how they help him with his disability so I gave him a duck. He was so pleasant to talk with.

Tonight was my first visit at the new location on Popps Ferry. I walked in and ordered a veggie pizza. The ladies pumped out several orders and were only a few minutes behind my order. I was surprised with a delicious warm chocolate chip treat for the delay. It was all delicious. Thank you ladies!

This is specific to Popps Ferry location and Papa John’s website, we attempted to order 3 pizzas tonight using the website ( not app), placed order 2 different x with an error message each time, I thought probably a mistake on the website end.. checked my email, no email from PJ but 2 from my bank showing 2 charges for PJ, I called the Popps Ferry store to get help, nothing they can do about charges but can take my order over phone, I said I would hold off, my wife calls 15 minutes later to ask for help on order/situation, she was told a manager or a company person will get back and resolve situation, yeahhhh, that has never happened, I recommend you choose from one of the many other pizza places…

We were excited to have a new pizza service so close to our neighborhood. However, it has not been the best experience in quality of food or service. We have ordered three times since their opening, but the experience has not improved. Given the experience level and pricing, its not really a good fit for our family at this time. There are other choices that have delivered a better experience for us. Maybe as their business matures, they will improve on the key elements.

I recently visited Poppa John's and had the pleasure of being served by Jaxson. His customer service was outstanding. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure that my order was taken care of promptly. Jaxson's positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the experience enjoyable.
However, I have to say that the food itself was somewhat mediocre. The pizza was okay but lacked the flavor and freshness I was hoping for. Despite this, Jaxson's excellent service made up for the shortcomings in the food quality. It's clear that he is doing a great job and is a valuable asset to the team at Poppa John's. I hope the food quality improves to match the high level of service provided by employees like Jaxson.

At first the pizzas were great but each time we order it takes longer and the pizzas look worse cuz be for real what is this? Did somebody stomp on it? It’s hard as a rock after waiting an hour and a half might as well just throw it away

For this location being brand new (Popps Ferry across from the church) , they really suck. The delivery drivers are on point. (That is about the only good thing) The first time I ordered from here, I ordered a chicken Alfredo bowl and oreo bites. The oreo bites was EXTREMELY burnt, and the chicken alfredo had ZERO chicken it. So tonight I decided to give them another try. (Big mistake) I ordered some boneless buffalo wings, and a chicken papadilla (or however it's spelled.) Well needless to say, the wings are cold, hard and taste like they have been sitting in the heating oven for the entire day, and chicken sandwich was as hard as a rock. With all that..... im gonna say my dog ate VERY well tonight, and I went to waffle house. Yall need to do better. Especially being a brand new store. I love papa johns, but if this is how you run a BRAND NEW STORE, I'll stop ordering from yall.
