Gave me the wrong pizza, and it’s cold. They didn’t bother to check before they gave it to me and I was in a rush so I couldn’t check it myself. I’m not coming back.

The food inside Hard rock hotel & Casino Biloxi .evrything very clean so good and the people so kindness.they are very friendly and thoughtful .and they have the special Coffee so good.I loved the vegan pizza food and coffee here much thank you very much 💗✨🥰

We told the worker we wanted two pizzas one, meat lovers and the second customized with garlic sauce that was split ... We had to tell the dude two times that he messed up our second pizza because he looked at us and put marinara sauce on it twice after we made it clear we didt want that due to the fact I can't have it due to medical problem, when he went to change it he tried to change it the second time he scoop the pizza sauce off and then acted like he had no idea what it meant to put garlic sauce on a pizza... Pie five used to be our favorite place to get pizza but after this experience we are not going back for a while...

This place is ridiculous. Last night 08/31/2025 I ordered a five star pan pizza from this establishment. When the Caucasian cashier with the ugly attitude charged me more than the stated price I asked why? She said the pan was more I told her that it indicates on the sign that the cost is 12.99. I asked where did the 2.00 extra come in. This rude Individual starts hollering do you want the pizza or not. I said mam I am asking where the extra cost is coming in. She then said you are not getting the pizza and instructed the cook to stop the order. I have never seen customer service this lousy. This woman needs to be fired before you lose your customer base she is absolutely ridiculous.

Tonight the debit machine was down ,I had a comp and had my pizza made ,but I asked for mozzarella cheese and Parmesan.i was not told there was a charge for the extra cheese I only had 4 toppings .at the register I didn't have enough in comps my cash was on my debit card I explained to the shift leader I didn't know about the extra charge ,the guys who fixed the pizza didn't say a word but lied when asked so I said keep that one and I will get one without the extra cheese ,the shift leader said no u will not go to the ATM and get money .I told her I will not she was extremely rude and nasty and I was flabbergasted and embarrassed by this girl .if she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be working with the public .I'm at hardrock 2 times a week I eat at pie five often over the years since they have been here ,but I will never come again the service and quality at this location has went down .

The pizza fanatic that I am really showed the day I visited Pie Five inside the Hard Rock Casino. Upstairs, nestled in a quiet corner. My heart was saved and my stomach slowed down on da beating it as putting on my back. Everything about this place was gr8. The menu is jam packed with original pizzas and create your own options. They offer a pizza for any eating habit or lyfe style. I had a large chikn and beef. As I watched Chris make my pizza my mind wanted 2 try 3 other pizzas on da menu. But, my wallet said no! With all the fresh toppings in front of you. It makes it fun to create your own. Their is room for a nice group of guest to sit and dine. You get to watch your pizzas lyfe from start 2 finish.

Great place for pizza. I have been there twice. Both times the pizza was great and the staff was friendly.
Best pizza ever
They cook the pizzas in a conveyor belt oven, not a traditional pizza oven. We liked how they offered cauliflower crust as an option.
Amazing service and the food was delicious!
Great pizza for the price. Especially the vegan options. I will definitely eat here again even if I'm an hour away.
