HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JENNIFER! This young lady was dealing with another customers order on our way in to pickup and the customers were talking about how the other pizza huts are definitely not as great as this one and I can see why! Everytime I order at night to this location on this evening shift I get such wonderful service and always leave satisfied and happy! We always order from here now when we don't know what we want for dinner or it's just been too long of a day to cook to eat. This shift just to brightens our days after work, what a fantastic crew on the night shift and a fantastic manager! ..secretly wanting to steal her to manage my location! 😭 WE LOVE JENNIFER ❤️! 🤩 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First it started with cashier making up prices $20 for a large that’s usually $16 stuffed crust! Manager was very rude. She told the cashier behind the wall the price is the price. I politely ask for a refund because the manager was touching literally everything and making pizzas without washing or gloves. She said WE DONT WEAR GLOVES.. She was very sarcastic with my refund transaction. All I ask if you’re serving guest please wear hair nets, wash hands often and or wear gloves. The employees were twirling hair and touching everything and handling food. Big turn off. Very unsanitary

Jennifer and the other folks working were super friendly and helpful and the food smelled great and tasted amazing!
The staff were friendly, but it took way too long to get my pizza. I ordered it an hour earlier, and it still took about an hour to arrive. They said there was a big event on the coast, but they should have been better prepared and properly staffed. I was really hungry, and the long wait was frustrating. What bothered me most is that they didn’t offer any kind of apology, discount, or coupon for the inconvenience. This is the only reason I’m leaving a negative review. I won’t be ordering from here again unless I have a lot of time to wait.(food was warm)
