I’m here on vacation and so glad I chose this place over the other Pizza Hut locations on my way back to the hotel. The food was made to perfection and the employee inside the store was super nice. I definitely recommend this location.

Every time I go to this location the dough is always messed up. Ordered a big new Yorker and the dough was thick in the middle. Never seen anything like it. Same with a pan pizza. They must screw up with over proofing the dough and either the owner or manager doesn't want to eat the food waste cost and pass on to their customers with a garbage product. This is the only pizza hut I've ever had this problem with. It's a location problem

The pizza is always perfect, but about a month ago I hit carry out by mistake, never got the pizza, never got my card reimbursed, and was assured 3 x that it was done. To this day I never got my 15 dollars and 49 cents put back on my card. Somebody please help me get my money back or a pizza.

I just moved into town for the military and this is the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever had! My 5 year old and 2 year old ate a whole medium pizza and the pizza I ordered was perfectly cooked and presentation was awesome . Most importantly the pizza was not greasy and this Pizza Hut should be a perfect example of what other pizza huts should be like.

Put 2 stars for food because it’s almost not good, shaky, a smidgeon away from being unacceptable, every time I order from this place. I’m now going to boycott Pizza Hut because the 2 on Pass Road seem to have service issues and there’s always a problem with the food and service or atmosphere. Always seems like they’re one hair away from adding spit. The 1698 pass road location also might not be following food safety storage or handling protocol.

First time in 25 years I ordered from a pizza hut. I ordered Italian sausage - bacon - jalapeno. No bacon, I guess 2 out of 3 is the new norm. Probably going to be another 20 years...
Day one of vacation. Spent $40 on pizza for the family and it never even showed up. Called multiple times and was hung up on. Best Pizza Hut would do is “try to refund your purchase in 3-5 days”. Thank goodness dominos was still open. Called them and had a better order delivered in under 30 minutes. Would never spend my money at this Pizza Hut again.

Pizza hut titillating has the best deep dish pizza period... my one complaint ( and I have heard this from others ) too much sauce on the pizza. The delivery folks are top notch, from my experience.

This is the best Pizza Hut location I have ever had the pleasure of ordering from. The service is fast, pleasant and the food is always looks like the advertisements! Most perfect looking pizza for a great price. Rhonda is always fast and courteous when delivering.
