Order minimum of $12, I can't afford that with the high delivery fee. I'll never put any money to this company until this changed, I am stuck at work, I can't leave.

During Biloxi's snow-pocalypse, this pizza hut was one of the only food establishments open after the roads were perfectly fine. While they did run out of food, which was expected, they maintained professionalism even during several disgruntled customer's interactions. I'm not sure how anyone figured that their demands or expectations would be met when no one else opened for the day. Kudos to the employees who spent their entire day working so others could get a meal.
I tried to order a medium pepperoni pizza with normal crust take out but guy tried to charge me 19.49.
Super amazing service on an extremely busy night! I’m home for the holidays and decided to order Pizza Hut for the family and although we ordered online I had to call and have modifications to my order… Ms. Ashley was sooooooooo freaking awesome!!!! Simply amazing job hiring an outstanding young woman! Even when I’m back in New Mexico, I’ll still be ordering for my parents here in Biloxi just because I know they’ll be in great hands if I give Ashley a call! <3

I have to say, this is the BEST customer service of all Pizza Hut's. The CREW always ensures you're happy with your pizza and if you're not, they'll remake it for you no questions asked! I really appreciated the manager taking the time to explain to me the differences in how the various crusts bake and recommendations on how I should order my pizza next time so that it comes out the way I expect it to. ? She really knows her stuff and the crew is great, too!

My order was over an hour late even though the app told me it had been delivered on time. So when I called the Pizza Hut on Pass Road in Biloxi, the man who answered at the call center was very rude and told me the app was wrong. No, your app was wrong, not mine. That store marked it on time so they wouldn't look bad. That guy at the call center shouldn't be answering the phones. He is not people friendly. I won't order from there again! The only nice person was the delivery guy, who apologized to me for being so late.

Rude customer service and I opted to do contactless curbside and had to go in to retrieve my order just for it to be wrong and thrown on the counter and by the looks of the other reviews it's a consistent thing. Thanks for making this my last time coming to this location.

I placed an order for delivery. I received a text stating my order was delivered, but it hadn't been delivered. I waited a few minutes and contacted the store. I was told sometimes the app is not accurate. Meantime I can see the driver in the area on the tracker. I received my order and I asked the driver where was my drink. I got crickets and a deer in the headlight stare. Then he goes I don't have it and pause and says I can go back and get it. I replied that would be nice since I paid for it. Well after over 30 minutes I reached back out to the store. I spoke to the manager. She cut me off in the middle of me saying what I w anted to say to make excuses about how bad the traffic was and she has new drivers and going on and on about the issues she was dealing with and she was almost hit 3 times making a delivery. Then she goes I will get your item to you. Well an hour or so later I received it. By the way I live 1.5 miles from the store. Whatever happened to customer service and just apologizing with no excuses and just asking what can I do to fix this for you?
