I never get everything I ordered. Something is always missing . It never fails with them . They never make the food how it’s suppose to be made . It’s like there always having bad days . Cinnamon sticks be super dry with a bunch of extra dough , pizza don’t be fresh , wings are ALWAYS DRY . Like if you hate your job just quit . We need people working that enjoy making food for others . Not people just doing anything waiting to clock out .

This looks like a new location. Pizza Hut Quality. They had a special buy one speciality and get a single topping . Only had to wait about 15 min. Good Service looked very clean. I like their Super Supreme.

I ordered a pepperoni lovers.. counted a total of 23 slices of such. Inflation keeps hitting hard.. oh and yes I did talk to a very pleasant person when I complained but it must not have been the same employee that I dealt with at the store. The latter one was the total opposite.

Bbq boneless wings barely had any barbecue sauce on them i was mainly eating plain chicken and they was very wrong this the second time this happened to me there its like every night when them kids in there working they just mess over people food like thats horrible!
They put chicken instead of pepperoni on my pizza! No chicken on what was supposed to be a chicken and bacon pizza??

I am an avid customer at Pizza Hut located at 2176 Pass Road in Biloxi, Ms. I’m talking a pizza every day and from the time I walk in the level of customer service is beyond satisfaction up until the time I leave… The level of professionalism and cleanliness of the store exceeds my expectations every single time I arrive and I’ve been eating at the same restaurant since 2018 not to mention I live like right next door.. my pizza is always fresh and the employees are always smiling and upbeat which radiates DEDICATION… for those who complain about delivery time should try PRE ORDERING ONLINE, quit being lazy and drive to get it because the pick up time is always 15 minutes or less and the price is way cheaper… ijs that’s my secret to WALKING IN AND WALKING RIGHT BACK OUT.. All in all, I love my PIZZA HUT FAMILY
RIPP-OFF Pizza Hut pass rd. W BiloxiOrdered a large meat lovers for $20. It was just $3 more from medium. When I got home it looked small so I called and asked how big the medium was, she said 12" and the large was 14". I took it back and then they told me the 12" is a large. It shrunk in the oven 2"Lost $20 along with my apatite... ?P
