While in New Orleans, we decided to visit your café under Westin Hotel for coffee. Really disappointed. We ordered two cappuccino on promise it would be better then your competition, but to our disappointment, coffee was really bad.

The Granita machine has been down longer than McDonalds ice cream machine. And “due to a broken freezer”. They have no food. So no coffee and no food, got it! Great job!

First three drinks requested, they were out of. There’s only ever one person working here at a time and I watched the employee use a cleaning rag (from a top a machine) to wipe a drink off. Just unappealing. I love PJs, normally, but the last few times I’ve been here it seems like no effort or care is given.

I went there today at 2:58 pm. Nobody answered the window. I knocked, looked around, tried to get someone's attention, but nothing. This is the second time I've had this happen here. At another location, they told me they stopped selling regular coffee at 3pm. How does this business exist!? I'm done. STARBUCK is so much better.
Fast service and the king cake velvet ice frozen drink was superb.

The coffee and muffin I got, as well as the service, was pheonominal, the person at the drive thru was very nice when they found my doordash order, telling me it'd be easy to get that fixed for me. The most shocking and frustrating thing to know was finding out that this person was the only one working. On a Sunday morning. I'd expect someone there to be helping them with orders, not manning the place by themselves. The worker did nothing wrong by doing their job, they did wonderfully in fact. It's the fact that someone else wasn't there to help them pick up the slack and make the line go by faster when orders become too many.
