Casino-As a long time customer this place continues to decline in both service and the guest experience. We felt like we were walking into a smoke chamber in the casino last night. Even at dinner it was terrible and the employees were complaining about the poor ventilation. Dining-Ate at Jia , the Asian concept venue, food was way over priced but good. Server was professional and non intrusive.150.00 for a lobster dinner for one with no sides was out of line in my opinion. In room dining is still being served with disposable plates and utensils with over an hour wait this morning. Food was cold upon arrival.Covid is long over but this property still has not reverted back to real dinnerware which is ridiculous considering the amount they charge. Breakfast for two was almost 70.00 and the amount of plastic packaging was ridiculous. Given MGM corporate emphasis on "Green" initiatives like encouraging multiple uses of towels and bed linen this certainly doesn't make any sense and is disingenuous at best. Gaming- mostly electronic machines which are tight the majority of the time. Pool- nicely renovated decking but you have to rent if you want an umbrella. 70.00 for two chairs with the umbrella on a Saturday. I can spend money on airfare and receive a way better experience and comps with the same amount of play elsewhere and in Las Vegas.

My review is based solely on the casino. I just love the entrance. It is decorated so neat with lights, greenery and flowers. Very welcoming. The casino is big, clean and feels spacious. It has a fun vibe. I did not win anything huge but I was happy to get bonuses and play a long time. Friendly staff. It is one of my favorite casinos.

*****response to Chris S***** You are wrong. I hit 4 handpays in one visit, 3 in another and many wins after. Maybe you can't afford to gamble.

Am a home town person and regardless of that fact the beau is the least paying casino narrowly beating the hard rock for payouts. If have you hit a jackpot at either they will ensure they get there money back if you use a card. The card is not to track losses except for what the casino lost. They can not say either way. But a host has told me how things operate at the beau. This place is nice to visit, but if you hit a JP go some where else for the remainder of your visit or do not use the tracing device they give you. Your card is the way they track you, test you can earn free play but I bet at the end of the day the free play is much less than the amount spent. All casinos are designed to allow the house to win, just the Beau is the worst on the gulf coast..

By far the best hotel to stay at with a dog!!! We were greets upon checkin by many staff wanting to greet Piper! She got a dog welcome gift bag that was soo sweet!! I was a bit nervous about being on the "dog floor", but man the carpet in the hallways and the room are shampooed so often that my dog never even stopped to sniff anything!! The floor we were on was super quiet and an no pet odors anywhere! Best hotel we have ever stayed at with a dog! Oh and the slots were very good to us!!! The breakfast buffet was incredible and soo nice inexpensive! I think it was $15 per person.

Hotel rooms at Bean Rivage are decent in size. And very Clean. Stayed here several times and haven't had a bad experience. We enjoy the location of this resort , it is convenient to many things and has beautiful ocean views. There are a good selection of restaurants and bars inside the resort which is very convenient for hotel guests. We also did a separate review for the buffet , and we found the buffet in the hotel. It is one of the best value and convenient dining place, especially if you come with family or a large group. Our overall experience with Beaurivage resort is very pleasant , and do recommend by @winedinenvacay

I came on the junket promotion for ft myers, it included $800 in free play, a free stay in a king bed room and airfare and transportation. This is a pretty sweet deal and I'm satisfied overall with how this played out, it was a full flight here as alot of people are taking advantage of it, you wont be alone as alot of people from your area will be here for the same reason. Gaming wise, This casino has everything you are looking for as far as games and square footage. it's just big enough. **Beware people sensitive to smoke** it's a smoke box will not up to par ventilation. It makes the place seen lower class than it should be. Employee interaction A sore spot, over zealous bartenders when need to see me push a button to get a drink. Ive spent thousands and they sweat my button push what a joke! The concierge lady with the braids is unprofessional, ratchet and low class. She is your go to for information and the face for area. She sucks at her job and has an entitled attitude. Finding ways to look busy instead of helping people. I wouldnt bat an eye if she was fired. I had confusion on my return flight as it says on my confirmation that I leave at 8 but turns out the info provided to me by mgmair is wrong. I asked what was arranged for me considering, she came back after a deep breath and eye rolling that i have to find my own transportation and instructed me to call mgmair. I did they sorted it quickly as it was their mistake. She didnt even attempt to do her job, I wonder how she has a job. for a marketed as premium experience this place falls short. Come with lowered expectation and it's an ok experience

The BR knocks another HomeRun! This place (or palace) is everything I'm looking for: CLEAN, good selection of games, lots of "mechanical" slots, CLEAN, personable staff, easy access restaurants, CLEAN, good sized rooms 400sf, pool, in-room refrigerator and CLEAN. A special shout out to Debbie (cocktail waitress), Jon (BlackJack dealer), and the housekeeping staff: all very friendly and genuinely concerned about my visit and quality of entertainment. I will definitely be back and recommend this Casino/Hotel above all others. My only request is to provide more ashtrays around the slot machines: seems like the current allotment is 1per 8-10 slot machines.

We usually come for the gaming and bars, always a good experience. This time, we stayed for 2 nights. The room was fantastic - a panoramic view room - highly recommend unless you don't spend any time in your room! We enjoyed the buffet twice - breakfast and New Year's Day. Surprisingly good for a casino buffet. The best part were the regional offerings - crawfish etouffee, red beans and rice, and jambalaya to name a few. Carving station was nice during NYD. The breakfast buffet was definitely the better deal and had many delicious foods. The bars are always on point, albeit a bit costly, but that's to be expected. The service is awesome - everyone is friendly. Will certainly stay again.

The casino rooms have been updated recently and has the most newest slots in the area always updating. You can't go wrong with the Beau.

All around a great entertainment resort. The staff is extremely courteous & there is something for everyone. From the Vegas style casino to the theater, lounges & even an arcade.

I've been a regular at Beau Rivage for decades and eagerly anticipated the revamp of the buffet (one of my favorites on the coast). They did a really nice job with the new color scheme and decor, but they made some terrible decisions with the layout and menu. Huge self-serve fountain drink machines are prominently located, which completely ruin the otherwise fairly upscale ambiance. There are TWO of them in the main dining area. What were they thinking?? At times, they are extremely noisy. I wouldn't want to sit anywhere near them. They have been located where tables used to be. To make room for tables they eliminated their fabulous salad bar!! OMG. Gone is the assortment of lettuce, grated parmesan cheese, croutons, and other things that I loved so much! It's also too hard to reach salad dressings and other items. Pizza was undercooked. Their fried chicken used to be the best. It's GONE. In its place are chicken tenders which tasted salty and weren't nearly as tender as the whole pieces of chicken on the old menu. It seemed like they were probably frozen and pre-made. So many items are gone, like the delicious fried pork chops, brussel sprouts, and other vegetables. They added dried up potato skins which were terrible. The quality of the roast beef was not good. Desserts were mostly awful -- dried up cakes getting stale which don't even seem made in house. Rice Krispies are gone! Most of my lunch went in the garbage, and I hardly ate anything. People were discarding food at every table. No one in my group thought this menu was an improvement. I went from rating this buffet an 8 out of 10 to a 2 out of 10. I simply could not have been more disappointed in the food, menu choices, and new layout. In addition, the casino removed my favorite slot machines (Quick Hits Volcano). I don't care for the current selection of slot machines. This is all disappointing, because Beau Rivage used to be one of my favorite regular destinations.

This is for the lunch buffet...I took my grandkids there for a lunch buffet on a Sunday. I have eaten there before, and it's always been good. Its lunch... This time not so much.. the food was horrible.. everything was dry, the fried shrimp was frozen shrimp but it looked like it was baked and half of if was like a beige color instead of brown...everything appeared to be leftovers...im not a fine dining sort of person so I'am certainly not a picky eater, but it was so bad even the grandkids would not eat it. And they will eat anything. Will never be back for lunch again.

The new and improved Buffet... anything but new and improved. The salad bar used to be a highlight... now it's tiny, hard to get to the various items, not so fresh items. The food, with the exception of the boiled shrimp, was mediocre. The soups are in the middle of the dessert bar - what the heck - by the time I made it to dessert, I was past the soup urge. The shrimp were very good. But what IS actually spectacular is the new carpet. Perhaps that's where their touted million dollars or so remodel was spent.
