I went to this Popeyes at 8:30 and they tell me it will be a 25 min wait on chicken. When has it took 25 mins to fry any kind of chicken and why wasn’t chicken being fried once the chicken start getting low. Smh the line at this place stay long so there should never be a 25 min wait for chicken.

Decent food, okay prices, kinda rude staff. Super slow service. Be prepared to wait around. Place was clean though.

I should’ve known by the long line that there were going to be issues and problems, but tried it anyhow. Ordered a three piece dark hot box with mashed potatoes and gravy on the side. I was only in the drive-through for 28 minutes…..Needless to say $10 later to pull over to check my food and of course I had chicken tenders that were mild not what I ordered!Good thing I checked my order went back inside and had to wait another 10 minutes while an employee was chitchatting. What is up with this talk on your own time or in a break room not in the dining area please managers train your staff.I’ve come to the conclusion there is no longer fast food available. It is will get your food when we feel like it and if we don’t get your order right oh well. And my chicken was way overcooked.Needless to say, I am disappointed and really am coming to the realization. I’d rather go to the sit down restaurant, then deal with untrained staff food orders, that are wrong, and the headaches that come along with fast food.

The workers were very nice, the food once ordered was a little wait but it was hot and fresh. Worth the wait. They also had a lot of Doordash orders so that was more the reason for the wait. I ordered online. Like everyone else, apparently.
Who waits on fries to be dropped for 45 minutes...3 Customers came in with incorrect orders back to back...This entire Crew has done for chatting and playing around than A Little bit...THIS Store IS VERY UNPREPARED FOR A FRIDAY
