The owner is s good guy. The staff is extremely friendly. The prices and portion sizes are very fair. Everything I've eaten there has been delicious.
The facility is spacious with plenty of seating.
You will not be disappointed.

We go to Biloxi several times a year I've tried other restaurants but THIS, Port City Cafe, is the very best we've been to.
I was in the mood for a poboy and it was sooooo good Fresh caught shrimp and tartar sauce. Delicious I'll be back next time we go to Biloxi!!!

According to the reviews, I'm sure this place is amazing. But my experience was NOT great at all. I was the only BLACK customer there. And I was alone. it said "seat yourself". I sat and waited approximately 5 minutes. No one ever acknowledged me. So I left without complaining and went to Waffle House. There I received EXCELLENT service. I definitely took it personal and I believe I received the service that I did because of my race.

Local breakfast-lunch diner. Food - standard fare prepared on a grill in front of diner. Eggs were good. Hashbrowns were refried from frozen. No special touches. Service was prompt and friendly. Atmosphere - standard diner but nicely spaced tables. Three TV screens - two with college football, one with Newsmax.
