Our family stopped in to buy fresh shrimp but we were so surprised by the food bar inside! Had smoked chicken lunch plate that was Devine! Everything was fresh and we enjoyed it so much! Nice folks

Quality literally saved our wedding reception when a competitor nonchalantly dropped the ball. We are forever grateful and will continue to give them our return business! Our wedding and crawfish boil reception were on the 5th of July. We knew to get ahead of the demands and limitations of the holiday weekend, so my fiance began communicating with another local seafood provider to secure 100 lbs of crawfish for the morning of July 5th. On Thursday July 3rd he reached out and confirmed once again that he and our event planner could pick up 100 lbs (or as close to that amount as possible) at 7:30 Saturday morning. When they arrived on Saturday morning, the gentleman who'd confirmed the information was not on site, and those working knew nothing of the commitment. They went on to say that "actually, our crawfish man called yesterday to tell us he wasn't coming today." Seriously? But no one thought to call and share that information with us? We're supposed to be boiling up crawfish THIS AFTERNOON! My fiance and our planner pull together a Plan B - shot in the dark - and go right down the road to Quality to see if by chance they had any amount of live crawfish on hand - fingers crossed! Quality came through like a champ - 75 lbs, which turned out to be plenty! They were so nice and accommodating and got us back on track, day saved! Quality Seafood demonstrated an attitude of "how can we help make this right for you?" when they'd not even been the ones to screw it up. THAT'S how you earn someone's business. Thank you Quality! You saved this bride a nervous breakdown on her wedding day!

Quality and price are usually good. Customer service normally outstanding. Always greeted with a smile. BUT last time, i was shorted over a pound of shrimp. Your digital scale said i paid for a little over 10 pounds. My scale at home, manually calibrated every time, it weighed out at 9#s. Im not even upset about the discrepancy. Im upset about the way it was handled. You wouldnt even entertain the idea that it was your fault. So now you get a honest, bad review...all for a measely $6 in shrimp.
