Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Don't know about caniac cards how it works nothing. Subscribed to caniac card but no rewards and agent stated I should get free canes but when I went back in with card they said they really don't know how it works if but what I ordered gave me one point but I still have yet to see free caniac reward .

The food is supposed to be great, but if you drive through the fries are always cold and floppy. The bread is the same. The service is ok, but they are so rushed they rarely even look at you. Atmosphere? Drive through line! Someone yells at you through the speaker, you can hardly understand them because they are so rushed, but they don't take the time to understand you either.
And no, it isn't just this restaurant, it's all if the Cane's.

Everyone I know swears about this place, so I actually went and checked it out. The chicken tenders were as you say “mid” there was no crispiness or flavor to wear I would say it was delicious. Their main sauce was actually really good. This was a mid meal.

Even with being super busy bc it was Super Bowl Sunday, our wait wasn't that long. Order was perfect and the workers were not stressing and always kept a smile. Good job Cane's. 👏

The food is ok sometimes, but most of the time the fries are soggy and cold. The service at this location has gone downhill in the last few months. Lines are always backed up and the staff can't seem to keep things moving. The last time I went there, it was open, but when I went to the box they told me it was closed. This was at 6:00 pm on a Sunday. They don't close until 9:00 pm.

Chicken fingers are always good, can be a little loud at times during busy hrs. Service is impeccable!!! Cleanliness is always good except for the floors. Would be nice if whomever washes the tables could pick up the food and paper off the floors.

Great food, great service, very clean.

The portions keep getting smaller and smaller over the years. Really cutting back on fries now. They put all meals in a go bag now so you can't see how small.

Do not do drive-thru on Fri. or Sat. Between 5:30 & 8 PM. Vehicles are during that time period wrapped around the building.

If you have a big vehicle, I recommend parking at the gas station next to it and walking over.
