Went for our anniversary. My plate came out wrong the first time and my server was right on taking it back. When it came back out, the steak was room temp instead of hot, management just said sorry. No offer to comp or anything.

At first my tables food came out horrible. HOWEVER, Miami was GREAT and remade our food for us personally and made a 1 star experience turn into a 5 star! Food was delicious, customer service great, and made sure we were happy! Thankyou Miami
Had a reservation for a party of four. Got there 10 minutes early and was sat down immediately. Sat there for thirty minutes without seeing our waitress even once for a drink order. Someone in my party tried to wave down multiple people where they looked at her and then walked away. We were ignored for no reason and will not be back. I would have loved to try to food since I’ve heard nothing but good reviews about it, but oh well. We went for my mom’s birthday and she is beyond pissed off as much as I am. We got up and gave the menus to the hostess and left, where we found who our waitress was, she had two tables surrounding us and was one of the workers who ignored us, and she rudely said that she didn’t know she had our table. It was obvious it was her table, but even if not, any one of the 7 workers we saw multiple times could have asked someone where our waitress was.
