My first visit and I enjoyed the uniqueness of the building itself and the steak was great. Top it off with a great server and it's sure to be a place I return when back in the area.

I went with family and a member ordered a ribeye medium rare first was too cooked and the second one was NOT a ribeye bc it had no fat and they took her potato gave her a new potato and it was hard as a rock

Although highly recommended by hotel staff, our experience at Saltgrass was anything but noteworthy. The hostess wasn't welcoming and only asked us one question, took us to our table and left. Our waitress came by and was nice. We ordered a drink and the bar was out of the liquor we ordered. They did get something similar to us. Then they forgot the other drink we ordered. The waitress took our drink orders and said she would be right back to take our food order. We got our drinks before she came back for our food order, even with the mix up. When the food came out, the waitress just didn't put in the order for my toddler and we had to wait longer for her food. Both of our steaks were ordered medium rare and they were both blue. My shrimp were like trying to bite into rubber. My mom got her steak taken back and cooked more. They pretty much just heated it up on the outside and it wasn't cooked much more at all. The manager came out to deliver the steak and did not care about our complaints. My toddler's fries were awful. We aren't hard to please. It wasn't busy when we got there and was just beginning to be busy when we left. We both left very unsatisfied.
