I come to this place multiple times and every time they had some issue even the food or the Or the people working here last time, The price is on a board. It says one thing they will charge you different thing. Also they have an advertisement it says do a deal pick any Boudin and any doughnut but you only choose a glazed doughnut. The coffee is $1.99 but they charge it 209. This is Things that make the people not come back very bad service

Their apple fritters are burnt. Y'all need to tell the baker that the edges& bottom of an apple fritter are to be brown (a little darker than Golden Brown), not black or very dark (near black). Don't give me that it is because of the sugar and fat. I know better. Additionally, their apple critters are extremely greasy. So, tell the baker to ensure the oil is hot enough before the drop the dough into the oil. Plus, tell the baker not to put too many apple fritters in the oil at one time, because that causes the temperature of the oil to drop too low which causes the dough to absorb the oil which makes the apple fritters greasy.

I had an order delivered through Uber Eats from Shipley’s Donuts, and there were a few mix-ups — the wrong order, a milk that was expired, and two donuts missing. I called the store, and even though they were clearly busy, the team went above and beyond to make it right.
Instead of just offering a refund (which would’ve been much easier for them), they personally delivered the missing donuts and a fresh milk straight to my door. That level of care and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare these days.
Thank you to the team at Shipley’s for turning a small mistake into an experience that reminded me what true customer service looks like. You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer. 🍩👏

If you know Shipley's, you will be disappointed. This particular one is meh... the employees seem defeated, and the donuts are not impressive. Think morning gas station donuts. A good Shipley's is a great second choice to Tatonuts... this one is one that I pass headed to Fantasy.
