The workers are the true face of this business. Not the owner. No one knows who you are. No one cares. Because it’s these women—standing in suffocating heat, smiling through the misery, carrying your business on their backs—who customers see, trust, and respect.
Today it was 93° outside, and somehow it was worse inside. Stagnant air. A weak fan at the door. And yet, when my smoothie spilled all over my car, they remade it instantly—no hesitation, no complaint. Grace in the middle of suffering. Strength in the middle of neglect.
But as I walked back inside for paper towels, reality hit me hard: they’ve been living in this oven since May. Four long months. Day after day, shift after shift, breathing air thick with heat, propping open doors just to survive. And today—only today—I saw someone up on a ladder, peeking into ceiling tiles as if the problem has just now become worth your time. September. Four months too late.
These women are not employees. They are survivors. They smile when they should faint. They serve when they should walk out. They deserve hazard pay for the hell they’ve endured. They deserve public recognition and an apology written right here on these reviews, where their courage and your neglect are both exposed.
The stars belong to them. The shame belongs to you.

Stop putting so much ice. They are selling slushy not smoothies. I’ve come here numerous of times and there’s always a ton of ice at the bottom of my cup each time.

Very attentive and friendly employees! They even offered to give my daughter's dog a frozen yogurt treat, which she ? loved and enjoyed! We had a very nice time. They have a small area with 2 tables with 2 chairs each in case you want to drink your smoothie and just chill for a while. The bathroom was very clean as well. Good job, everyone ?

Stopped by mid day in the middle of the week, not busy at all. Friendly staff, very clean and welcoming. Got a 32 oz cold brew/peanut butter smoothie, forgot the name, but very good. With tip it came to $9, not sure if it’s an every day place for me but good quality. Definitely recommend. Wish there were locations in NY :(
