$16 dollars for a burger was overpriced it didn't even come with fries or chips

Small amount of offerings. Long line during peak hours. Doesn't open until 11am. I liked the coney dog.

It used to be our goto for very good sandwiches BUT not anymore...Unless you want pre-made sandwiches or their specials (which were terrible) steer clear. The pizza was awful too. Obviously a management decision that will hurt that business.Service was slow (it seemed understaffed) but understandable as it was always busy.

Pizza was the worst we've ever had!! Gave my husband the worst tummy ache, will never eat here again. If you think you're saving money eating here, you'll be mistaken. Prices has gone to the roof, but quality of food doesn't match the prices they charged!!

School lunch quality at 5 star hotel prices. (TBH my school lunches weren’t this bad)We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks for a whopping 60 bucks which included a $10 tip. The burger was an over cooked soybean patty or some other mystery meat. The mystery meat was so dry, it could have been used as a weapon. Presentation was great as it was situated between a pretty brioche bun. But do know no amount of ketchup and mayo will make that thing easy to swallow. You’re better off trying to swallow the $16 that the burger costs. There’s no excuse to serve a barely edible cheeseburger in a hotel like this let alone charge $16 bucks for it.

I went for a late night snack. I chose to get the food long hot dog. The chili was so good that I came back and got an order. The people were friendly and efficient. It was a great experience. Also, the line was long and it moved very swiftly.

They used to have the best chicken noodle soup, but now it’s awful. Even diners around us were commenting on how bad it is now. They use big fat chewy noodles that are gross, but hey they take up a lot of room. Also, they continue to prep food using latex gloves which is a nightmare for folks w latex allergies. I’ve found no where else that prepares food w latex gloves. It took Covid to get the hotel to finally use individually packaged silverware. Will a latex anaphylactic reaction get them to move away from latex gloves? High class hotel w low class practices.

Extremely slow service. Had the French dip which was extremely salty and tasted like cheap lunch meat. Girls at counter were rude when asked for ketchup. Way over priced

Little meat and toppings are overpowering. I think there was coleslaw on the sandwich. The chicken salad and seafood gumbo were very good.

The sandwiches were really good and reasonably priced, and the ladies working were very nice to us customers.

The food there is sincerely crappy! I would recommend not eating there and find a better restaurant with a greater and more fresh menu. No hate towards the lovely men and women working there but the food tastes like it has sat there for quite a while and it made me and my family’s stomach quite upset.

While staying at Beau Rivage Snacks was our go to for a late bite or snack. Delicious sandwiches, pizza, salads and desserts. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and helpful. Great customer service. I loved The BLT on toast with a yummy piece of pecan pie !! Tiki Hubby had there gumbo almost every day we where at the hotel. One of the best grab to go and fresh friendly service.

When you wait 50 minutes and bring it you your room only to notice it has not been cut. Ever.
