They did not bring out the milkshake that we ordered. The french fries and cheese sticks cooked in old grease and the burger was ice cold. They did not offer anything to compensate for forgetting the shake. The total cost was thirty dollars. Everything was thrown away except a coke and the shake and we had to order it second time in order to get it.

I've ordered from this location many times. After going to a few other neighboring Sonics, this is by far the absolute best I've seen. I order frequently on the app and the food is done and out to me within 30 seconds to one minute of arriving. Sonic is fast food so you should expect fast food environment and atmosphere as well as service, but overall I am very impressed by the speed, quality, and friendliness of the staff at the Cedar Lake location.

If I could give a zero I most certainly would. I ordered a chili cheese frito wrap they didn't have the item. Told me to call the Sonic number on the receipt which I did and now they won't give me our money back. This place sucks!!!! ???
