This sonic use to be my favorite one but now it's just terrible. First thing I smell when I pull up to the window was weed. This is very unprofessional and rediculous.

This was a Waste of time and money first the app Did not work which means I didn't get any discounts That are offered so I went through the drive through ordered a number one combo Which is a cheeseburger meal.I ask for no onions no ketchup It came with no onions.No ketchup no mayo no lettuce and a very Burnt patty. My total was $10.15.I tried to call the store twice.It would ring and then went to busy signal.So then I called the hotline.They just documented it and said please stand by and wait for the manager to call you. So here I am with no food ten dollars in the whole No explanation why the app Is not working and i'm waiting For them to call me back. This is The worst experience I have had at sonic And there have been a few bad ones but not quite like this I am thirty eight years old and i've been eating at this restaurant since I was fifteen My mother and I Faithfully go every tuesday and order drinks there At least four times a week We will never eat there again.This was the final straw. I wish I could post pictures of the food.

Went in today to order a smash burger , and I saw the guy fixing the food not wearing gloves and touching food with his bare hands as he fixed some ones order. Not only that, I saw him walk out the kitchen biting his nails. I just turn around and walked out.

Paid over $7 for a sonic m&m blast for it to not even be full. Asked if they could put more in it or even some whipped cream and got told no. The cup is only 3/4 full with 12 m&m on top

Says on the door lobby closes at ten pm it's Friday evening at 8pm and they locked everything up even had the nerve to tell me it closes,at 8pm over the phone
My card has only had problems swiping here at this Sonic Location, nowhere else. I love the food and drinks they have to offer and I work right across the street so it’s very easy to go for lunch or a quick drink. The card readers are broken at this location and yesterday the girl was nice enough to type my card in manually but today she refused me service and I had to leave without being able to enjoy the delicious Route 44 Iced Coffee I love so much. Very disappointed and wish there was better customer service offered at this Sonic Location. Guess I’ll have to goto a Starbucks or something from now on.

Give the Sonic on Pass rd a hard pass. Odd, foul smell, employees seemed to be war with eachother, and the sodas were watery as can be. I think the syrup was out on the coke.
We were somewhat excited to see a sonic with indoor seating but after waiting fifteen minutes with no acknowledgment from staff, we gave up and did the drive thru instead.

Placed order on app at 9:11. Pulled up and got drink, waited until 9:46 to get three chicken tenders and an order of tater tots while they made and delivered food to the people behind us. No “sorry for the wait” when the food was finally brought to us. Just a bag shoved through the window.
