Every time I come here there’s always a long line that moves slow and then there’s always something wrong with the food. Last time I came my mozzarella sticks were overcooked to the point the cheese was on the outside of the mozzarella sticks and my drink was sour tasting…this time my snack wrap was drenched in sauce like very messy.

This place is lousy. Wouldn’t recommend it! Always having you wait a long time. The line always backed up. Workers have the nastiest attitude sometimes. Need new staff and management.

we just got food from the drive through. the food was awful. everything was over cooked. the french fries where brown. I ordered a sprite with mango, and got a coke zero. I felt bad for the employees, because it seemed under staffed or badly run. the drive through worker seemed very nice but a little frazzled.

2nd time coming around 8pm. The first time they told the car in front of me they were closed. So I did a mobile order while in there drive thru and got it.
Tonight I ordered and they gave me old cold tots and an ice cold hamburger. I drove back and had them redo my order.

Smashburger is great - but they didn't have ice cream - had to clean the machine. Bummer. However they did give my dog some whipped cream
Food was ok. Little greasy on the smash burger. Fries were old . They had 1 person taking all orders drive through and front counter during cruisin the coast. Very slow.

Finally got the smash burger that everybody was talking about tasted horrible tasted just like meat and bread bread no flavor to it definitely not worth the price the french fries the wrinkling fries tasted like chips. They were so burnt and hard. I would never ever come back to the Sonic ever again And then on top of that gave the woman my card to pay for my meal and instead of paying it for it at the window, she takes my card all the way in the back and I’m sorry, but I don’t like people just walking off with my credit card cause this day and age you don’t know what they’ll do with But as far as the Sonic goes, I’ll drive an extra couple miles to go to another one cause this one is just bad
