I love coming here because the staff is always so friendly and engaging. Love the ease of pickup with the app and 10 minute parking right outside the lobby feet away from Starbucks! Also, don’t sleep on the ham and Swiss croissant!

The staff on 2nd September 2024 morning 8:20 am was not friendly. This same store offered me free water . Most other Starbucks store also offered water . But this lady told me they will NOT offer water. This was a weird experience. I would suggest not coming here. There are other Starbucks around

Staying at Harrah's Casino In Biloxi Mississippi. Last night I noticed that Starbucks was only open from 6 till 2. Went down at noon and they were closed. Both called and texted Starbucks and each time the customer service rep just cut off the conversation and refused to let me talk to a supervisor. They just said they could do nothing. Seems like the corporation has no control over there locations and don't care. Very disappointing. The person at the hotel desk said they didn't open in at all.

The coffee/specialty drinks are never made correctly. The same lady with a nasty attitude still works there on the morning shift. Came last year hoping it was be different this time and it wasn’t. Trust this is the only Starbucks I have seen where the line is never long.
BEWARE OF THIS STARBUCKS! Sandwiches are $8 and the drink prices on the menu are wrong. Our drinks appeared on the register $1 higher than what was stated on the menu board, so I told them the price looked wrong. Their response was “Oh those prices up there aren’t correct.” WHAT??? Also, this location does not accept in-app coupons.

Very expensive breakfast!The staff was annoyed with us except the cashier.It was close to $40 for 2 small drinks. 2 wraps and 1 pumpkin loaf.Don’t recommend.Go to the restaurant across from themThe pancakes was $11 and other items were around $15
