Our drinks appeared on the register $1 higher than what was stated on the menu board, so I told them the price looked wrong. Their response was “Oh those prices up there aren’t correct.” WHAT??? Also, this location does not accept in-app coupons.

Very expensive breakfast!The staff was annoyed with us except the cashier.It was close to $40 for 2 small drinks. 2 wraps and 1 pumpkin loaf.Don’t recommend.Go to the restaurant across from themThe pancakes was $11 and other items were around $15

Terrible customer service at Starbucks. Very disrespectful, to children who were doing nothing wrong, they had cash in hand and they wouldn’t let them use it.
Its surprising seeing all the reviews about poor customer service here. We stayed at Harrah's for three nights and visited Starbucks every morning. Same two ladies working all weekend and both were always nice, always greeted me, always repeated my order to make sure it was correct. The line was always long in the morning, but that's to be expected. It did move along pretty quick though.

a real bill payment is known to hook customers At the Starbucks store in the Harras Casino Hotel in Biloxi . i ordered a latte with 5 esspreso + 2 pump white moca in Venti Cup with light ice and light whip cream cream . the cashier made a way to get a higher rate. Split into 2 portions of 5 espresso shots. 4 shots esspresso is $5.75 and 1 espresso single is $3 - and charged for added light whip cream is $1 z I've been drinking like this for 10 years, never before have such this much money . payment fee is more than double what I drink every day so I wanted to cancel the Order. but she disagrees. This is a way Starbucks employees here treat loyal customers. ridiculous and unacceptable.

When I asked about the sizes she gave me attitude and looked at me like I was d**** When I made sure she heard my order she said “ i heard you” with attitude. It’s not my fault you hate your life and job. So impatient. The asian guy ( wish I knew his name) working the same shift as them was cool though. He wasn’t the one serving me yet he was the most attentive.

First, the hours are wrong. They close at 2pm. Next, they shut the ovens off early and I couldn’t order an overpriced sandwich. You should be fully functional during the entirety of your open hours.
