I put my multiple orders in separate order and they are complaining i did not put those in 1 combination order. After i picked up my orders and sat down in the cafe area to eat.They were trash talking me the whole time.Terrible customer service

this starbucks is in a casino so you have to be 21 to even set foot in it. the starbucks logo and advertising said nothing about that so my teenage sister, cousin and i walked all the way there kust to get rejected. teenagers, do not waste your time going to this location!

Love me some Starbucks ya’ll! One cashier was so sweet to my mom when she dropped her coffee outside as we were leaving. Before I could pick ip her cup from the ground, she asked my mom if she wanted another cup. She even remembered her order! Replaced it for free! This meant a lot to me as my mom is partially blind. Each time I travel to see my mom, this is our Starbucks!

Often out of inventory. Ive made 3 attempts here to get a ham & swiss croissant and they’re out before 10:00. There’s a huge mgmnt issue if they cant keep enough supply for even one shift.

This is a Starbucks located in a casino hotel. The hotel has hideous coffee in the rooms and the coffeemakers should be confiscated by the health department so you are left with the option of paying through the nose for Starbucks.
