To start the staff here is amazing. They all are kind, talented, and great at their various tasks. The coffee and other drink types I order are perfectly made especially the mocha frappuccino and the pink drink. Also the feta egg white spinach wrap is great.

It’s disappointing that you have to buy a drink in order to get an ice water. The matcha I got wasn’t too bad but they just load the thing up with ice so much it’s like 3 sips of drink and the rest is ice. The employees were at least trying to be nice about it and apologetic because I think they know how ridiculous it is as well. Local coffee shops are much better. The only good thing about Starbucks is that they’re open late.

Ordered our drinks both a shaken espresso. I’ve never had that much foam and air st the top. So my husband went in for a remake. Waited 20mins the. They were like oh here’s a remake….. and it’s no different. Then the cashier argued “well there’s 3 shots of espresso in there so idk” wouldn’t go here.

This is the third time I've gotten a drink here that is not even close to full. These drinks are way too expensive for them not to give us the full amount.

I don't like to give bad reviews. But I am highly upset. This is the second time at this location they have gotten my order wrong. This time I watched her make my drink. I pay for the extra shots and caramel. When I see they don't put it in it is very upsetting. The drinks already cost a lot. I even asked for little ice. She did at first, then added in 2 more cups. It gets too watery. I mentioned it to the cashier what I saw, but had to get to work. My order was also a mobile order and I still had to wait 10 min because she kept putting down my cup to start/fix another order.

Unfriendly server, which I’ve never experience at Starbucks before. Ordered online— a grande coffee and I asked if I could have a bit more milk. A lady server warned me with an unfriendly tone that she could do it this time but next time I’ll have to change my order to a latte. I didn’t bother to get that milk and walked away. Not going back to this location.
