This location has rarely NOT been a disappointment to the point that "oh no, not Popps Ferry Starbucks" has become a regular part of speech for myself and everyone I know who regularly goes to Starbucks. Inconsistent and incorrectly made drinks, or the wrong drink entirely, are a common occurrence as are half filled cups. My partner just ordered an espresso frappuccino (his go to) and, like nearly every time we make the mistake of going to this location, it was not a frappuccino. Not only that but both of our drinks somehow look like they've been sitting out for hours despite picking up our order immediately after being notified it's ready. The food isn't much better as several times I've bought a breakfast or lunch sandwich only for it to still be frozen in the middle. I understand mistakes happen sometimes but for it to be a constant issue ONLY at this location out of the 5 within a 10 mile radius is crazy. If you're craving Starbucks, do yourself a favor and go to the Edgewater or Promenade locations. You may end up with a slight wait but only because other people seem to have caught onto the subpar quality of this location.

I come here mostly for coffee as it is a star bucks but for some reason the coffee doesn't taste like a cheap imitation of Folgers. Staff are rude and won't help you, only one cashier for 20 people in line and they nag you for an overly expensive membership. The older people tend to treat you better than the young ones do.

I have been here days in a row now and each day my drink is screwed up somehow and never in the same way!The first day i ordered my iced venti white chocolate peppermint mocha with light ice no toppings. Paid at the window and they rang me up for a grande instead. Okay annoying but whatever. The second day they gave me chocolate shavings on top. 3rd day it had so much ice i couldn’t even stir it up. Today, there is no peppermint. Am i being punkd?? I haven’t had time to park and take my drink back in to be fixed, as it’s a very busy location and ive driven off before discovering their mess ups. the workers are all super nice and friendly. Anyways, may the odds be ever in your favor if you go here.

These people are some of the nicest to kids I've ever seen and not just my own. They have so much patience while kids are ordering, joke around with them, make sure they like the drink if they are trying something new. I've seen them help kids out when they are a little short on the cost (mostly due to tax) and not make them feel embarrassed or stupid. Just all around great employees!

The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. My order is always accurate and taste is consistent. The drive thru is typically pretty quick as well, especially since they moved the order screen earlier in the line.The only downside of this location is that it can be a little difficult to get in/out onto Popps Ferry or Pass Road, especially during high traffic times. Not a fault of the location itself really, but maybe something to consider depending on how much time you have.
My name wasn't called correctly for my order. Instead, they just handed it to whoever came and took it. As a result, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes because someone else took my coffee. The management seemed completely disorganized and unhelpful.

I drive through this location occasionally. As far as Starbucks goes, it's a good location and the service is always friendly. I've noticed a limited food menu in the morning hours - Starbucks in other states offer breakfast and lunch all day. Here, it's only traditional breakfast in the morning. Pretty fast service for a Starbucks drive through, too! Easy ingress and egress, although Popps & Pass can be a bit tricky - it's pretty busy and can be kind of dicey to navigate.

Friendly staff, but gosh, the service was incredibly slow, even though there were plenty of workers. Took 10-15 minutes for people to get their drinks. I guess they were more focused on the drive-thru?
