I work in the mall next to this Starbucks, and I stop by for a sandwich or a coffee every day. The customer service is wonderful, and in my three months of shopping at this location, I have never had a single complaint. Keep up the good work, and good luck this holiday season :)

They are so slow it’s ridiculous. 20-30 minutes in the drive thru is crazy
Went back today to give them another chance even worse 20 mins in line they was out of venti cups charged me .21 less for a cup half the size

We were staying about 10-15 minutes from this location, we were in the area on a weekend getaway. We visited this location two days in a row and both times it was terrible!! The first time was drive thru and the second time I went inside, BOTH times the wait was extremely long, the drinks were not consistent, the drinks did not taste good, the drinks were messed up, paid for extra shots & didn’t get them, most of the workers were not friendly, and it could be more cleanly all around! I am a frequent flyer at Starbucks and this is very disappointing especially because of how much each drink cost as most people it’s a treat to be able to do this!

Place is new and great location.. if you need a fast starbucks go to pass road.. this one is on the beach and lacks proper training.. it's like walmart.. 5 employees watching one make coffee

Horrible and rude. I went through the drive thru and spent $30 something dollars but when I told him 2 of my drinks were wrong he got an attitude with me and claimed he would fix them. Nothing was done to them, they were horrible so I poured them out in their parking lot. I will never go to this Starbucks again. They need to learn more about customer service and the Starbucks motto, if it isn't right we'll fix it.
