While the food here was great, we were shocked by the priced after we ordered. I didn't want to cause problems for the staff there so we paid despite the sticker shock. Look, I understand it's inside a casino....but I find it unbelievable the Steak And Shake franchise, is ok with this. It really doesn't matter as we will not be returning here as long as those prices remain ridiculously high.

I ended up throwing my food away I was afraid to eat it. The service wasn’t bad it was the food. The burgers we’re not assembled properly and fell apart on my short walk to my car. The bread was stale and hard while the burger was bland, the fries were soggy and gross. The staff at the front was coughing and sneezing the whole time (too bad they didn’t do before I ordered my food). And to top it all off two burgers and one fry we’re a whopping $30.

I went to steak 'n shake at the casino and Frank let me know that I can't just buy a burger. I have to buy the fries and the shake never been to a steak 'n shake they said I had to buy the whole meal and even if I just wanted the sandwich I was still going to be charged for something I didn't want. Once again there goes Harrah's sending out terrible, horrible service once again. Please do not come to Harrah's casino. It's the worst casino ever made in the United States of America. Quite possibly the entire earth as we know it. Steak 'n shake is the worst restaurant ever made. You can't just sell the whole meal. I don't want the whole meal. I don't want to get fat and die off of your nasty french fries. I just wanted the steak burger smdh. I will never come back to this place. I freaking hate you and I hate you restaurant and I hate your casino
I got a double cheese burger (around $13), chilli cheese fries(around $7) and a milkshake(around $9) it was so expensive. The bread on the burgers is like McDonald's bread. They should look into getting sour dough or something. The chilli cheese fries ingredients are low quality, and my shake tasted spoiled so that was all a waste of money. The people working were very very kind so the service is the only reason I didn't leave a one star. I regret paying over $30 for the crappiest meal ever. It's also inside of a casino so if you wanna gamble with your money by eating here, good luck.

They were missing $14 and they just kept counting it like it was just going to appear out of nowhere. I believe the manager was there just appeared all of a sudden. She had a few bucks in her hand watching the staff continue recounting the money in register’s They were handling money and people’s food without washing their hands. We ordered our meals and asked for Mayo and mustard on burgers. When received our meals we had to literally wipe the Mayo and mustard off of the burgers due to having so much on them that it was dripping out the bottom of burgers. The staff was in the back on their phones texting while customers waiting to place orders and getting no service including the lady that appeared to be the manager. Horrible service. We paid $40 for $20 meals. I do not recommend to anyone.Parking: I do not recommend driving a vehicle taller than 6.6’ tall it will not fit in parking garage. You have to park across the street. At your own risk.

This is the THIRD time that I've tried to come and have steak & shake for my first time. All three times the man working the grill around 4:00-5:00 has always been nothing but rude to us. The first night the kitchen was shut down two hours early. The second time was so bad I walked away and now tonight I've had enough. The lady running the front counter & mopping the floors was beyond helpful and sweet. The man running the kitchen was nothing but rude and threatening. He first makes the statement of "next time y'all should watch when someone mops because I know you seen her mop the floor." Then follows with "Are you sure you want to order? I'M the cook. So at this point I had had enough of being threatened so loudly and treated so poorly that I spoke my peace. Three times being treated like crap is ENOUGH For me being how I've never even got to experience this place. Then when asked for his name MULTIPLE TIMES he ignored the request and never gave up his name. Very unprofessional and very sad at the fact that I even had to go out of my way to stand up for myself when I wanted food to eat from a FOOD PLACE. I stated that I work at a different casino working in hospitality and this is never a way to treat a guest but I suppose that didn't matter to much. At this point I don't even want to ever come back. If you have staff that clearly doesn't care about the job or the people then maybe you need a new cook. Service was beyond terrible and makes me never want to even give them the chance. The ONLY thing that saved this experience tonight was the wonderful lady who took the time to make sure that we was satisfied with our Oder and even went to cook our food for us while apologizing for his action multiple times even though it was not her place to do so as it was his job to correct his wrongs. Had it not been for her I NEVER would have even given this place another chance.
