So I go into the Subway at First place walks into Subway at 8:40pm asked the two people there a young black hair girl and a young dark hair guy I asked are you closed the door was half way pulled neither could give me a answer they both look at each other so I asked again and still did not get a answer walked in the girl grabbed her gloves asked how many sandwiches with a very bad attitude she half did the sandwiches she used a plastic fork to put the tuna on the sandwich I assume they were washing dishes and did not want to dirty a scooper up!! Then she was slamming stuff around slamming the lids around throwing the lettuce and other veggies on there she pretty much just thru it together then rang us up no thank you have a good night kiss my butt nothing if I acted like that at my job I would not have a job I understand if she was tired and ready to go but I am tired from working all day myself. Her attitude was horrible disrespectful and just plain rude and we were done before 9pm went over to the store side to get drinks and chips heaven forbid I make her ring anything else up she came out laughing and smiling talking to the cashiers! It was down right unprofessional!!!! Hell I could made the sandwich myself and it come out better than that!! Just RUDE!!

This is at least the 4th or 5th time. The subway at 19485 MS-67, Biloxi, MS 39532 closes at 10pm. So why is it when I show up at 9pm or 9:15pm the doors are locked and the gate is closed that separates the gas station and subway. Its really bad when you leave in a rural community that only has subway and yet they can't stay open to their POSTED hours!

Almost everytime i’ve come to this location i’ve had a horrible experience. between being out of popular menu items or taking forever. When i arrived tonight there was no line, yet it still took them 30 minutes to prepare our 2 sandwhiches due to the employees flirting and gossiping behind the counter. they were constantly making mistakes on sandwhiches due to lack of attention. NOT TO MENTION there was one of the employees friends (who i believe to be the manager) SLEEPING on the bench in the restaurant. All in all i will drive the extra distance to the subway on Shriners in Woolmarket where i’ve never had a bad experience. don’t waste your money. this is BY FAR the worst run down subway i’ve ever been too

Now that the store has "the cream of the crop" when it comes to employees and got rid of all the " bad eggs". Service here has been great and the manager is really sweet and nice to talk to. They do what they can with what they have available.
Kid-friendliness: They are kind and treat you with respect.
Tried to give the server my order at 8 pm. I was told they can't toast, are serve hot items due to they turn the oven off to cool down. So, I decided to get a cold BMT. Then I was told the cash register created a force count. They wanted me to until they completed the count. While counting the money, the worker in the back, came out and removed both cutting boards. Don't post the closing time at 9 pm when your worker are closing at 8 pm. This type of service only runs off your good customers.

Absolutely disgusting, she didn’t even calculate it right; didn’t try on the order example didn’t smear the avocado put it in one spot don’t recommend at all!!!
Vegetarian options: The wrap and salads is the only thing u could get but the never have the green rap always out!
