Kristina was one of the sweetest workers I ever met! She’s went above and beyond to ensure my sandwich was done right. Will be coming back here more often! Also compared to most subways I’ve been too this one was very clean!

Almost everytime i’ve come to this location i’ve had a horrible experience. between being out of popular menu items or taking forever. When i arrived tonight there was no line, yet it still took them 30 minutes to prepare our 2 sandwhiches due to the employees flirting and gossiping behind the counter. they were constantly making mistakes on sandwhiches due to lack of attention. NOT TO MENTION there was one of the employees friends (who i believe to be the manager) SLEEPING on the bench in the restaurant. All in all i will drive the extra distance to the subway on Shriners in Woolmarket where i’ve never had a bad experience. don’t waste your money. this is BY FAR the worst run down subway i’ve ever been too

Now that the store has "the cream of the crop" when it comes to employees and got rid of all the " bad eggs". Service here has been great and the manager is really sweet and nice to talk to. They do what they can with what they have available.Kid-friendliness: They are kind and treat you with respect.

Tried to give the server my order at 8 pm. I was told they can't toast, are serve hot items due to they turn the oven off to cool down. So, I decided to get a cold BMT. Then I was told the cash register created a force count. They wanted me to until they completed the count. While counting the money, the worker in the back, came out and removed both cutting boards. Don't post the closing time at 9 pm when your worker are closing at 8 pm. This type of service only runs off your good customers.

Absolutely disgusting, she didn’t even calculate it right; didn’t try on the order example didn’t smear the avocado put it in one spot don’t recommend at all!!!Vegetarian options: The wrap and salads is the only thing u could get but the never have the green rap always out!

They do not wear there mask over there nose so when they make ur food the breath all over it I pray they dont have covid ....... worker please wear ur mask properly cover ur nose and mouth

You can tell which is the one that was made in store and the picture of what I thought I was ordering. It's sad that you think you are ordering something and it is not what you get. It's not even close to what I thought I would get. So not worth the price if it's not what you actually get. It's an overpriced gimmick. You got me once but will not fall for it again. Hoping this post helps all of you who think you are ordering something you will not get. Couldn't taste anything except the bread. Not enough of anything else to give flavor.
