Ordered a 6 and they made a 12. Asked for mayo on the side in a cup. They said no after they had just given the customer in front of a me a cup of sauce. Said it was only for certain sandwiches. I was getting my meal for my flight tomorrow, that's why I wanted it on side. No packets of mayo either

When I went to order my sandwich I told her I wanted a 6 inch and she gave me a 12 inch. Then when I told her the type of cheese I wanted I was told no and that it was only for certain sandwiches and that I was not allowed to get it on my sandwich. Then when I got to the vegetable part there were no bellpeppers and no salt or pepper so I walked away with a meat only sandwich for $7

I’ve been coming here for a while for the convenience but the customer service is so poor. There is one lady that is always very friendly but the rest have the worst attitudes. I ordered a footlong with the same toppings, and at the end I asked if it could be wrapped separately because I was dropping one half off to my husband at work. The response from one worker was “no I cant” and the other was “nothing I can do about that”. I told them i was dropping the sandwich off to someone and she continued to wrap it all in one wrapper. Not to be rude but one of those women needs to either retire or find a desk job. For years now she can’t stand to make a sandwich without leaning over the counter and her breasts slide across the cutting board the whole time she’s making sandwiches. It’s disgusting and everyone complains about it.

The ladies that run the show here are fabulous! Unfortunately, this Subway [still] does not carry a vegan \"protein\" option. The loaded veggie sandwich with avocado is still delicious, although you have to pay extra for the avocado... even though you're not getting cheese ???\u200d♀️
