Great Subway, I took my business here after horrible customer service at the subway down the road. The woman who served us at 12:30pm on June 2nd was very sweet and considerate of my allergies(although I know cross contamination can still happen). They accept coupons here which is why I chose this location. Great service and sub!

Let me tell you..... ALL of the ladies who work here are what make this store! They ALL have the BEST personalities and are happy to help you. Every time! It is one of only two between D'Iberville, Biloxi and Gulfport who takes coupons. 40 years ago when I had a franchise if coupons were sent out in the mail you didn't have a choice of not taking them. I don't understand how only subways in towns take coupons! But this is one of them and their employees are Simply the Best!

I walked in today to grab a sandwich and was already having the crappiest day imaginable. I go to pay for the sandwich and the worker tells me I look heavier than when she saw me last. I don’t know if she was meaning it as a compliment but today was not the day. I cried in the car for a good 15 mins and then left. Sad part is I really liked her, she was always so kind and knew my husband and my orders by heart. I don’t think I’ll return after that.

All the ladies are super nice and efficient! In & out service but keep customers happy! I’ve been to this subway I think all different shifts, these ladies will have you laughing, I’ve seen them handle picky people with nothing but kindness even though if it were me I wouldn’t of lol I’ve seen the reviews and honestly think even though it’s their “job” they still just human and have a breaking points when it comes to people just in general like anyone of us! Honestly if these ladies can’t make your sandwich to your “ liking “ just don’t eat out or better yet cook at home! I love every time I eat here!

Entirely wrong ingredients on sandwiches when I called to let them know we were going to bring the food back up to be remade I was hung up on, tables nasty, toaster broken, employees on their phone, threatened to throw our food away when my husband checked if before leaving. Don’t go here if you want employees to actually do their job.
Ordered online. Sub mostly bread. VERY few toppings. Definitely would recommend ordering in person where you can tell them amount of toppings you want.
