All the ladies are super nice and efficient! In & out service but keep customers happy! I’ve been to this subway I think all different shifts, these ladies will have you laughing, I’ve seen them handle picky people with nothing but kindness even though if it were me I wouldn’t of lol I’ve seen the reviews and honestly think even though it’s their “job” they still just human and have a breaking points when it comes to people just in general like anyone of us! Honestly if these ladies can’t make your sandwich to your “ liking “ just don’t eat out or better yet cook at home! I love every time I eat here!

Entirely wrong ingredients on sandwiches when I called to let them know we were going to bring the food back up to be remade I was hung up on, tables nasty, toaster broken, employees on their phone, threatened to throw our food away when my husband checked if before leaving. Don’t go here if you want employees to actually do their job.

Ordered online. Sub mostly bread. VERY few toppings. Definitely would recommend ordering in person where you can tell them amount of toppings you want.

This all happened at around 7:05pm, the store closes at 8, mins you. We took less than 10 minutes. A lady with red hair and 4 inch long eyelashes was completely rude. We walked in and when I said I'd be getting another sandwich she went "Uh" and made that "are you serious" face. I asked for a black cookie with macadamia nuts, she gave me 3 cookies, which I realized too late, and they were the wrong one. She told my friend and I "are y'all almost done bc I'm trying to close" and midway through making the sandwich went and turned off the light. She also charged my friend for a more expensive sandwich than the one he got, I believe because she was so annoyed with us. We were nice to her the whole time. we got out around 40 minutes before closing and I double checked the closing time on the app and maps and they both said 8. Worst customer service I've ever had. She just threw everything on my sandwich too, didn't even bother to cut my sandwich in half and the sandwich wrap was just thrown on there, open in the bag
