I had a hard morning with my windshield wiper literally flying off in the rain. I briefly mentioned that I didn’t know if I had the new one on good or not now. The staff went above and beyond, not only being patient my order, but demonstrating compassion and emotional support through their facial expressions. Even if it had stopped there, it would have been enough, but Autumn and Amber took it to another level. Bobby quickly looked at my wiper to be sure I was safe. Thank you all so much for being an encouraging team that does more than create good sandwiches!!

My boyfriend and I went to this location after 10pm. Gena was working solo. She had 2 guests in front of us and she never stopped smiling. Her demeanor was one that you do not really get to see from service industry workers anymore. Especially during a graveyard shift. She maintained a very clean work space and changed gloves between every person. Sure the gloves are something that should be changed but again, this practice is sometimes missing. I tried to tip her in cash but she was not able to take any. Since I wasn't able to tip her I wanted to make sure she got a good review. Gena is such a sweet soul and it is refreshing to see a young employee with such a positive attitude taking pride in their work! Thanks Gena!

The staff is very rude with the costumers they speak very arrogantly and treat customers very badly if they are colored or Hispanic!!!
I have eaten here several times late at night on my way home. They have always been kind and happy to make my footlongs. Their bread is soft and everything you want on your subs are fresh cut and prepared. No wilted or soggy lettue here which i have found eating late at night at other places ?
