My boyfriend and I went to this location after 10pm. Gena was working solo. She had 2 guests in front of us and she never stopped smiling. Her demeanor was one that you do not really get to see from service industry workers anymore. Especially during a graveyard shift. She maintained a very clean work space and changed gloves between every person. Sure the gloves are something that should be changed but again, this practice is sometimes missing. I have eaten here several times late at night on my way home. They have always been kind and happy to make my footlongs. Their bread is soft and everything you want on your subs are fresh cut and prepared. No wilted or soggy lettue here which i have found eating late at night at other places ?
