We normally order a particular footlong with preselected sauces from any subway . Idk, it felt like less tastier. Probably one of the sauce or smth was wrong...

I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this Subway location. I went there to use a coupon, and I saw a sign that they would not accept coupons. I asked the employee if they would accept my coupon and was greeted by a rude “no”. So I went across the street to Firehouse Subs, and I’m so glad I did! Their subs are twice as good as Subway’s! Thank you, Subway! You lose!😩

I’m from Louisiana and was in the area when i decided a subway sandwhich should be in my future. I stopped by, and it was fate that i came here on this day while the wonderful Carrie was working. I’ve never experienced such great customer service, they definitely don’t have that in Louisiana subways!! I felt like family immediately and I’ve never met this lady before! Please, this is the subway to go too! Very clean and like i said, customer service from Carrie was top tier!

This location does not honor coupons.
Ordered a footlong wrap and sub, and the wrap was clearly not footlong.
I was charged for footlong wrap and foot long sub.

I received the worst service today at this location 2368 pass rd. The employee continued to speak with customers as I waited to place a order, so I took my money and business to another eatery that needed the business. The employee should be fired.
Overcharged us and didn’t fix it. Just want our money back
Horrible service. Got a turkey and ham sub and got charged $14 for a footlong, when the turkey, ham, AND bacon footlong is only $11. I tried asking for the $3 refund since I thought it was just a simple mistake, but the lady (2:30pm on Monday the 27th, no name tag on) said that’s the correct price even though I kept explaining that it would be cheaper if she added on bacon, which doesn’t make sense. The customers in line were trying to get her to help me and she just kept ignoring me and refusing to help. Very frustrating, especially when they wouldn’t take our coupon (I understand certain locations don’t) so we spent over DOUBLE what we would have at the subway down the road. Never going here again, a different subway will always have my business from now on.

Took our business across the street. Rude employees. They need to fire evening staff who don't have any respect for their work. I went to this place, and they didn't even acknowledge us, didn't even looked at us...they were too busy doing their own thing. Sorry, but I'm absolutely unsatisfied.

This was the worst experience we had. We walked in the subway, two female employees : 1st was busy listening music in her own world 2nd was with broom . .as we entered we asked hope you guys are open (7.30 pm as it is supposed to be open and serving) just to be cordial.. but there is no response.One listening to music didn't pay any attention and second one looked at us, no smile, no " will be with you in a minute " nothing..We stood there for a minute and still no response ( just to mention there was no other customer), we thought better to walk out.. and we walked out.Horrible in terms of service...
