Overall, had a great experience at the sugar factory in the Hard Rock casino, the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of the security guards on the casino floor. They were very rude and would not let us go to the restaurant without getting extra verification that we had a table waiting for us, even though I showed them our reservation. 
First we were never texted table ready had to walk to restaurant and get a text to show the casino service so my daughter could go to the restaurant. Then it took over an hour and a half for service which was a drink and sundae. The young lady was very nice but over stretched. It was a lot going on but we were celebrating my daughter turning 18 years old and this is where she wanted to come, from Navarre Fl.
It's really expensive but the Cajun pasta was amazing and the milkshake/cake thing was pretty good too! I thought the milkshake was a bit watery but it still was amazing with the taste of the cake and milkshake and the presentation is what you are paying for.
