Ordeed delivery and they didn't include my hot sauce, which was specifically requested. When I called to complain I was hung up on. I called back and was laughed at and told i had a nasty attitude. I was then told there was no manager on duty (not the first time I was told that.) I was then hung up on again when i asked who i was speakeing with . I won't waste my money there again.

Digusting place now! I used to go here for breakfast all the time, now when I go the soda machine is always filthy and sticky and covered in grime when the store opens, tables dirty, dirty carpets, and bathrooms smell heavily like urine! Unsanitary place I cant eat here anymore!

What sucks is when it’s late and you have no other options this is one of the few food options you’re left with. This place absolutely blows, honestly next time im just going to walk into the kitchen and help them make my food just so it comes out right bc they never can do it on their own. If you want things done right sometimes you gotta do it yourself. P.s. I NEVER GET SOUR CREAM AND NACHO CHEESE ON MY 5 LAYER BURRITO. Screw you guys

While waiting on an order for Uber Eats I witnessed 4 yes 4 employees standing outside the entrance smoking a blunt while 3 delivery drivers had to wait on orders. This is by far not a store that has management that has any clue on how to manage people
