As always, this Taco Bell gets the order wrong 90% of the time. Last order was three crunchy tacos only meat, tacos had meat and cheese. Not a big deal, but how hard is it to get an order right?

Do not pay for extra anything at this location. They don't give it to you. I have lived here for 11 years and every time I order from this place I pay extra and I get less. I always order three or four soft tacos with extra lettuce and cheese from my daughter and I never get it, but tonight I only got six pieces of cheese on her Taco each. I feel like they're trolling us and it's ridiculous. I paid way too much to get trolled

Staff is unwilling to take your order. They force you to use the kiosks. Then if you ordered something wrong (because the kiosk isn't user friendly) they just say "well, that's what you ordered. Forcing people to use a kiosk is a horrible idea. I'll go elsewhere.

Waited for ten minutes, with no greetings, no asking if we were picking up, nothing but just looking at us and turning away. We looked at our ready bag of food the entire time we were in there. Then had to wait another two minutes to get our drinks. Not to mention the two people that were in there before us waiting on their food and getting the same treatment.
I don’t know anything before 12:00AM, and I usually don’t leave reviews but my girlfriend and I love this specific Taco Bell. Personally I’ve never had any big mess up and if it’s a small one they’re kind and do what they need to help with the issue. The people make the food perfect and the young lady makes sure all the time to say, “you have a gooood day”. Perfect each time, any reviews about something small must of been during a rush but I’ve never had a big problem here. 10/10 all the way through and helps me get through the end of work each and everytime.
