For the Saturday buffet, the food was just average. The carving station was decent and the sides were just something to try but not go back for seconds. I will say that the desserts were wonderful! Note worthy were the crème brûlée, keylime and chocolate torte. Our server was attentive and kind. The dining area was clean and overlooked the grand foyer of the casino.I guess over all I just expected better quality food for being at the Beau Rivage.

Recently upgraded restaurant that looks great. It has all the stuff you expect for a buffet. I tried the lunch time offering. The ribs were good but no side sauces. Prime rib was a bit tough. The food was still at a fair price and you can find something to satisfy your tastes.

My friend and I went there for lunch last week. We ordered a BLTA sandwich and unfortunately the bread was cold and it was toast, the bacon was cold, there was about a 2 inch piece of avocado on it. It was disgusting and could not eat it. Also, my husband and I went to dinner there and it was beyond disgusting and had terrible service.

Here's the trick to the Beau buffet. Eat dinner there, not lunch. Lunch is mostly leftovers from dinner the night before. Dinner is exceptionally good. Like most buffets, they don't spend the extra money to get great roast beef for their cutting station. The chefs try to make it edible, but it just isn't. Instead, try the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Looks a bit unappealing at first look, but tastes great. Then go to the other end of the buffet and get the fried shrimp...best I've ever had. Catfish and chicken are average. Most sides are delicious. I didn't do pizza or Chinese (never do at a buffet), but lots of Southern dishes prepared well.

Same OLD buffet, same old buffet workers, same tasteless stale food as it was 2-3 years ago before the big $25,000 renovations ($25,000 went somewhere, not there).Sunday March 24th 2025We sat in the back next to the drink machine and had to listen a short Chinese woman with short hair and glasses and fat Chinesish looking guy in same area bash customers about tips and how "sad Americans, just so sad" look stuffing themselves. These two don't need my money that bad. Send them to the Nugget or somewhere else

We arrived late for their wonderful breakfast spread and the entire staff did everything within their power to provide us the breakfast we wanted while the food was in the process of switching from breakfast to lunch. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and the food was delicious!

This was of the better buffets we have been to. We did brunch on a Sunday. We got seated quickly and the service was good throughout. Food choices were expansive both breakfast and lunch items. Everything we ate was good quality, not the typical buffet quality of food. We have not eaten here for dinner but highly recommend brunch.

This place used to be so awesome. There was way more to choose from before they did the remodel. Definite downgrade. The waitress acted like it was such an effort to smile. The food was ok but not near as many options as it used to be. Not worth the money anymore at all. Think that’ll be the last time I go there.

Beautiful Sunday brunch at The Beau. One of my party asked for salsa and was directed to the salad bar portion of buffet to find none. Only complaint. Service was great. Cutbacks were only evident in the pastry section. I remember the beautiful pre-Pandemic artisan donuts. Also the croissant wasn't laminated. It reminded me of an undercooked canned pop-out biscuit. If they upped their pastry game it would be perfect. Buffet was @$30 and Mimosas $6.50

We have eaten here for lunch and dinner. The Gulf Red shrimp is delicious whether steamed or fried. The choices rotate somedays its seafood, some pasta and others cultural delights. The salmon in dill sauce and the catfish is so good and my husbands favorite is the red beans and rice. The fried okra was a let down one day because it was soggy, but we went back the next day and it was spot on. Mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, corn, sweet potato casserole and etc were tasty. They usually have ham, prime rib, ribs and grilled veggies at the carving station. They have a dessert bar and an ice cream machine which kids love. I like the creme brulee and a big thumbs down to the cheesecake. All in all for under $30 per person you will find something you like.

We went to the "buffet" last night for dinner. I was expected them to have an "awesome" buffet. WE were wrong!! Almost every entree we put on our plates were COLD.. I got a piece of pizza, I couldn't eat it, it was COLD! So we said lets just get some desert...WRONG AGAIN! The cake was so hard, my husband couldn't eat it. WE were both disappointed in their buffet... So we thought to ourselves, it must be good as the price is high. I have to say I have had alot of better buffets in the Gulf coast.
