My Sister had points from the Casino to the Buffet for 2 so she treated me to the meal. They had Snow Crab legs and seafood at the buffet as well as bbq and vegetables. It was good food and I took home some pre-packaged cookies that were good also. There was a wait period before we were seated so I played a slot machine with good results. All in all it was a pleasant meal and we could see the beach from the table.

My family and I came to treasure bay for the first time to eat at the buffet only and were told there were absolutely no kids allowed anywhere on the premises. So we weren’t allowed to eat. We won’t be back

All of the hotel staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms were so elegant and the beds were so comfortable. It was a good stay.

Last visit was prior to Hurricane Katrina so we were excited to go. Just because you live in Biloxi doesn’t mean the casinos are places we frequent! Very disappointed would put it mildly. The dinner buffet was severely overpriced. A few of us were military and over 50 yrs old. The girl (not lady) at the register could have and should have mentioned that we could easily get out of line to obtain a players card to receive the discount. BTW, there wasn’t a line which should have been our first clue..it was 5:30 pm. The only seafood was anorexic snow crabs and fried popcorn shrimp. Catfish is not seafood. The fried chicken was wonderful and my daughter loved the sausage. When I went to get a few popcorn shrimp the tongs had been placed with the catfish by a previous guest so I grabbed those (as I’m slightly OCD feeling that things should be placed where they belong) and the young man standing behind the buffet very rudely snapped stating those cannot be there. I tried to politely explain that’s where they were when I walked up and was placing them in the shrimp where they were obviously missing from and he rudely interrupted me to tell me again that’s not where they belonged and they can’t be placed with the catfish. My inner self told me to throw them on the floor and walk away but me being an adult I simply ignored him and bit my tongue while placing them with the shrimp. The buffet was very small and definitely NOT worth the money we paid. The fried chicken was wonderful as well as the collard greens and Mac & cheese. The casino floor is not even half the size it was pre-Katrina and most of the table games we’re not open or minimum bets were $10. Drinks were free but choices were limited. Unable to get a simple Moscow Mule. My daughter for a rum and Coke that was almost pure rum. Maybe a splash of Coke. My gin and tonic was decent but the tonic was flat and tasted old and stale. Overall 2 employees were nice, the woman that was behind the station where the collard greens were at and our roulette dealer. Everyone else in that entire building needs guest service etiquette lessons and either fix the buffet or lower the prices by half. If you want your money’s worth and employees that have been properly trained in guest service, head up the street to the Beau or the Nugget! Treasure Bay has definitely forgotten it’s the guests that write their paychecks!!

The buffet was priced reasonable compared to the other casinos. The food was a bit bland today. Usually the food has more flavor.

I drove an hour and half just for the buffet to eat crab legs. The food was not good at all. The crab legs used to be steamed but it appears they are boiling them now. When you break them apart, the water just ran out. The top part of the claw was unwashed with lots of greenish stuff. The first round appeared to be old or cooked a while ago. Please do not waste your time.

Stay in the casino part if you can!!!! Try not to stay in the “other” side!! Love this place though!!! It’s tiny and tight but everyone is do friendly!!! We go fairly regularly!

Wonderful casino! Hit big and they have the best drinks and customer support compared to all the other casinos in Biloxi!
