In many States I've heard people say the Waffle House is not good, the food is horrible, but I say I've never ever in all my years ever had a bad experience eating there. My food is always made just the way I like it, and in a very timely manner. The whole staff are very nice and friendly. I love it.

HOW DARE YOU!!!! THIS IS DIRECTED TO THE COOK OR MANAGER WITH THE MAN BUN/PONY TAIL. WE WERE NOT KICKED OUT OF THAT OTHER WAFFLE HOUSE DOWN THE ROAD. THEY LIED. WE LEFT FROM THERE BECAUSE IT WAS LOUD!!! WE ASKED POLITELY IF THEY WOULD TURN DOWN THE MUSIC WHEN THEY DIDN'T WE LEFT!! WE DID NOT SAY RACIST SLURS, WE ARE NOT RACIST!!! My guy is Hispanic....AND THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.. ALL OF YOU OWE US AN APOLOGY!!!!!!!! Just because the customer service is awful there never gives anyone the right to lie about people being RACIST!!!! ALL WE WANTED WAS BREAKFAST AND THE MUSIC AT A NORMAL LEVEL. WHO EVER CALLED YOU AND TOLD YOU THAT WE WERE BEING RACIST IS A LIAR!!!!! We were being rude a little to you with the bird. Because you listened to hearsay and lies. I apologize about that but you need to get to the bottom of the truth before you kick people off the property who didn't even do anything wrong. Your server missed out on a 20.00 tip because of your actions. Is the truth! Even your location was too loud. Geeeze!

The manager there was continously on the floor, and behind the counter. He bussed tables, helped the cooks, was extremely polite, and friendly! He was by far THE BEST manager I've ever seen!

Overcrowded, food was served cold, had to wait to have food remade, cold outside, and even colder on the inside, first serving didn't taste good, second serving tasted better, only two people here were welcoming, the waitress that works nights, about 5'5 medium build, brunette, and the security guard, security guard was awesome! Very polite! Very down to earth, talked to us a long time, he is the reason we stayed instead of asking for a refund, and going elsewhere.The cooks just kinda looked at us weird even though we're walking in saying hello, hello..The waffle house near the other hotel, and the big lit up casino was better all around.
