Food was a little salty, but I think my medication makes me overly sensitive to salt so your mileage may vary. I was half awake and have never been to a Waffle House before so I think I was obviously very out of it and kinda confused, but the staff was SUPER kind about it and were fantastic. Food wasn't "OMG THE BEST EVER" which is why I'm not sure if I should give it 5 stars but it's still great diner food that was great for getting some breakfast in the middle of an exhausting trip, so don't think the rating means I don't recommend it!

What a great experience! Burgundy was so kind and personable!! She helped with several local recommendations. As well as choosing food from the menu. My soda was always full too.

Waffle house in Biloxi is a waffle house. A chain restaurant which delivers expectations. Quick eats. Friendly staff. Easy to find on the coast road with plenty of parking and the beach next door. Cheap, cheerful refuelling stop.

I ordered 2 large bowls of grits to go this morning! Took them forever to get the grits in the container, even though there were no other orders at that time and no customers. Cost over $8. And I still left a tip. Got to my car and we started to eat them and they weren't very warm and I'm they were full of hard lumps!! They were terrible! If you're food has been sitting in the warmer too long, then get rid of it and make new food!! Simple!! I will never go back to this waffle house!!

Seems weird to rate a Waffle House but this one was great. The staff clearly enjoys working together and it shows! They made our day with their songs. I love to see the happy faces and be treated with kindness. You definitely don't see that in all WH so keep that great energy going!

SUPER thankful to be able to order take out from a Waffle House and get fresh, hot, delicious breakfast styled food! I remember back in the days you would only be able to do this especially since a lot of the Waffle Houses are in High Crime demographic neighborhoods, and are either shut down or closed off to the public while only offering “Door Dash” deliveries. Actually, being able to even get great service has seemed to be a thing of the past! Not ANYMORE! It was my boyfriend’s Trigger’s birthday, and he loves the pork chops with cheesy grits and scrambled eggs! Reese the waitress and the grill operator were highly hospitable, kind and funny as hell! My food was ready in a matter of time and I almost had the whole building to myself 🤩🤞🏽😍🥳 I highly recommend this place for dine in, to go orders or even pickup I think! Thanks again for the delicious comfort food from one of our favorite go to’s. It was definitely like a blast from the past and it reassured me that there are still great people loving their job and serving others to the best of their abilities!

First time at Waffle House - was tired after travelling for 18 hours.
Staff was friendly and helpful with the large and flexible menu.
We mixed and matched waffles with bacon, beef and hash browns.
Went back for all star breakfast - waffles were good.

Went there on Christmas. There was only five cars in the parking lot and the customers inside pretty much already had their food. Tell me why it took 35 minutes to get my order the cook had to re-cook my bacon three times in the so-called manager was so rude. It was so unbelievable And the girl that waited on me didn’t know the prices of the food she kept saying oh my God, they keep changing the prices. I have to look up the prices. Very unprofessional can’t call and complain because there’s no phone numbers. I rate this as a zero for service cleanliness overall was just a real poor experience.

Tell your friend if she doesn’t want to help people on her “birthday” not to work on her birthday because she acted like her tips were expected and not earned. Service is service, thanks Kobi!

Walked in and almost every table was dirty even though there was only one table in use. Young lady who waited on us was rude and useless as a waitress. My waffle was raw, the biscuit was smashed and rubbery, the eggs were still semi raw, they threw a piece of Velveeta (or some other plastic cheese) into my cold grits and I know they were cold because the slice of cheese was still in one piece. Tried to talk to whom we assumed was in charge and was ignored. Still paid full price even though 4 bites if my food were eaten and my husband had eaten about 6. Ridiculous
