My sister and I stopped here on the way to New Orleans. We were waited on quickly and greeted warmly. The food arrived fairly quickly. Thats when I was disappointed. The food did not meet the quality of food I have had at other Waffle Houses. The taste was bland and the grits I ordered had hard granules in it and the toast was not toasted very well. Like I said everything else was good, but food was not.
Staff so sweet and helpful ,fast service,was starving just had a procedure at the hospital.I couldn't eat real food for 3days before it. we stopped to eat and it was delicious.
I arrived around 6-6:10 , the night crew shift was working. They had a great attitude and positive vive. There was only a couple and my self in there so made my experience more comfortable without a crowded environment.
I think today was more about the positive atmosphere. the server and the cook really did a great job uplifting a tiring and though morning for me since I’m on the way to visit a friend at a hospital with terminal cancer.
